We needed a place for our car for 17 days while we took a vacation. The hotel was very clean, bed was comfortable, price was very reasonable and staff were friendly. The shuttle left on time and the driver was friendly. When we returned I called the hotel and the shuttle picked us up exactly when they said it would. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport and the shuttle was there in less than 20 minutes. The car was left in their lot which has several cameras 24/7. Will definitely stay again and have already recommended it to family

This hotel is great for one night stay. Clean the staff is wonderful. The shuttles are amazing and their drivers are so nice and helpful. I felt safe parking there. I was very happy with this location

Room was nice. Shuttle was ontime at 3am. Very important. Jimmy the driver was very friendly. The room was very loud from traffic and guests in the hall. The guy at the desk didn't have earplugs.

Everything went quite smoothly, and I really appreciate the service you offer. My only complaint was that the room smelled SO strongly of cleaning products (as did the lobby) I got a pretty bad headache before even going to sleep! I don't think that it's safe for your employees to be using such intensely fragrant products, as well as not good for your clients. But the bed was very comfortable, and the Valentine touches were sweet!

This hotel is great for a one night stay before flying out, I really appreciate the Park Sleep Fly service. We left on our shuttle before the breakfast, so we didn't get to try it.

We knew it was an average rated hotel and we were only staying for a short night. Shuttle in morning was good but waiting outside for over an hour was excessive.

Our room was recently remodeled, clean, and comfortable. The rest of the hotel was not as well maintained and a little dirty in places. There was parking available for us near the building. Some of the spots further from the building could be a bit iffy in terms of security. The shuttle service was great for us both to and from the airport.

Stay was good, but it took 10 minutes of calling the hotel for the airport pickup shuttle. The phone just rang and rang. Then, the wrong Ramada picked us up.

The hotel was great. Friendly staff and it was clean. Had an issue with the shuttle. First issue in numerous stays there. I called for my shuttle back from the airport and the gal told me 15 minutes. It was almost 45 minutes before the driver showed up. From the call to dropping my back at the hotel was 62 minutes. That is a bit excessive for only being 10 miles away.

Great budget hotel. Clean and comfortable, nice shower. Staff was pleasant. Parked for 2 1/2 weeks and vehicle was just like we left it. Shuttle service was great. Third time at this hotel, works definitely recommend.
