Comfortable room, OK parking, quick shuttle service (it was on the way when I called). I was disappointed with breakfast--a bagged breakfast for $3.00 and change. I skipped it.

It was awesome! I spent the night on December 12 and flew to Spokane Washington and left my car until I flew back December 22 and spent the night then drove home to Tyler on December 23! My car was well taken care of for all those days and I got another room at midnight with no complications! The crew was very personable and professional! Thank you!

While the staff was friendly and tried be accommodating, the room was deplorable. The phone didn’t work, the furniture was filthy, the curtains were ripped and wouldn’t shut, the noise from street was excessive, the pool looked disgusting. The shuttle driver was wonderful, he was prompt and drove safely. The room on our return was somewhat better but electrical outlets need attention. I plugged my phone charger on for a brief time and it got extremely. hot. i did report all these items of concern to the front desk. This place needs major attention to cleanliness and safety.

The room was nice......The staff was completely worried about other things upon check in. When we arrived back after trip, we found our vehicle had been broken into. When i spoke with the clerk, she was totally disinterested in helping us get in contact with someone..She was more concerned with her pizza. When we finally did have hotel security come over, we were told it was the 3rd time it had happened this month and we were never notified of any issues. We will be checking with our attorney about a lawsuit for repairs and replacement of stolen goods.

Had to get uber to airport cant find the driver for shuttle. had to get uber from airport to hotel shuttle only runs from 4 am we know that's a lie and don't run again till 2 pm another lie you better of getting your own transportation

Great registration staff. Very honest. Breakfast ? Everything was gone by 730 a.m. crew refused to refill coffee or food. Said we could have cereal, no milk!

While the hotel was in the right price point, the main reason I selected this hotel was because their shuttle started earlier than everywhere else. However, what I didn’t realize is that the shuttle runs on the hour (we needed a different time due to our flight and traveling with a toddler). The reason I give this hotel two stars was the experience while staying there. The place has an odd smell and they must know it because they have plug in air fresheners everywhere. The rugs were pulling up and wavy, along with some paint. The bathroom smelled like stale cigarette smoke and was outdated. We also didn’t sleep well because the flood lights for the parking lot are positioned directly above the windows and the curtains did not accommodate this at all. Had I known all of this, I would have just booked somewhere else and scheduled an Uber. The only positive was the first shuttle driver that I dealt with, he was the friendliest person they had and was helpful—I wish I caught his name because that guy deserves a raise and the kudos!

The room and bed was great and it was a relief to know that our vehicle was watch over so nothing would happen to it. We ended up taking a uber from the hotel as hubby didn't want to wait for shuttle and the same for when we arrived back at the airport. Otherwise, the Ramada Inn was perfect.

The rooms were quite nice. However my first room had issues. The hall smelled of cockroach spray. The bedspread smelled of smoke cleaning agents or cockroach spray -not sure which- it should have been a smoke free room (it did not smell of smoke at all.) In the morning there was a cockroach in the bathroom sink. The inside handle of the bathroom had a missing screw and fell of. When I reported the incident the staff reacted immediately and switched me to a different wing of the hotel. The room and corridor smelled great! Huge improvement.
Both rooms had attractive and useful furniture.
The fitness room was minimal - one treadmill, one bike and one weight machine, but since I was the only person in it when I went, it was fine.

For short 1 night stay room is adequate, needs cosmetic work, painting & patching walls, especially in bath would be great.
For less than seasoned travelers, instructions on where to meet shuttle at Dal Love would have been helpful. When called for shuttle pickup from baggage claim was not told by hotel staff where to meet the shuttle. Erroneously thinking it would be on passenger level where we were. Driver called when he arrived we had to hike down to the lower level where it became obvious to us was where we should have gone after claiming bags. All worked out just a time delay and lack of knowledge on our part.

The hotel is old and run down .. there were many problems, beginning at check in .. the clerk told me I did not pay for parking, only the room. After showing the clerk my email confirmation showing one night room and six days parking, he had to call a manager to see if I could check in without paying additional costs to park. After the approval, I was then told the shuttle does not run as needed as the website states, but every hour and only every hour. When we finally got to the room, there was only one bed, which we reserved one room with two beds. Going back to the front desk, the Clerk was on the phone with a food place ordering food and arguing with the food place about his order. He became angry when I told him we needed two beds and assigned a room in the back of the hotel, which was a smoking room and stunk to high heaven from filth on top of the smoke smell. This hotel should be removed from this program.
