Wonderful, comfortable, quiet room on the 9th floor...just what we needed after a long day of traveling. Parking the car, shuttle service to/from the airport, courteous staff ...this is an economical and convenient package. We will do it again.

Due to delayed flight times, I was forced to hire a taxi for transport to the hotel as the shuttle service ended at 11:00pm. I was surprised to find the hotel in such bad repair. In my room (1916) the wallpaper was peeling from the wall over the beds and there appeared to be signs of mold behind it. If that was the case, this room should have been removed from inventory. Additionally, there was no mini fridge in which to store my medication (insulin). This created a hardship as I arrived close to midnight. There was also no working ice machine and no ice bucket so I was unable to even fashion a makeshift cooling unit for my medications. All in all very disappointing as I had always assumed that Crown Plaza was a classy hotel. I will return to Marriott and Wyndham in the future.

The building is a little old, and some items in room were slightly damaged, but the room was clean and comfy otherwise.

Great Room with a staff that was personable and helpful. Jorge that drove the hotel Shuttle was especially thoughtful and he is a very safe driver.

The lady at the counter was very nice and efficient but she was the only one at desk. And there was a long line checking in.which I understood was because a big group just left and another came in.We went to 3 different rooms before we could find one that wasn't being worked on or slept in. The first one the room was clean but the tub had part of the ceiling in it from someone working on it. The second one had not been cleaned. Then the last room was clean but the bed squeaked and about 2 in the morning there were people yelling in the hall. The only reason I gave fair rating was the staff was very good she just couldn't do it by herself. Park and ride was excellent but I will never stay at that hotel.

We only stayed the night before parking the car for 11 days. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean. Shuttle service was excellent!

Front desk was welcoming; helpful with directions to a restaurant; beds comfortable. Shuttle drivers provided superior customer service - friendly, handled all bags, happy to pick us up at Love Field.
