Incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful

Needed updating. Room did not smell fresh. Just covered up with air freshener Return ride back from airport was a nightmare. 45 minutes in the heat at airport waiting on an Uber not a shuttle.

Room have a strong smell something they clean with or spray! Only one regular coffee. Chairs were old and uncomfortable they need to be replaced! I will never stay there again!

Hotel was clean and comfortable, we arrived a little early, but the room was ready. I was not impressed with the breakfast, it was a lot of pre prepared food. no protein in sight.

Had no issues with this booking. We had a very early flight out but we were able to get a shuttle separately to the airport, as the hotel shuttle didn’t start early enough. Parking was good, shuttle back from airport to hotel was good.

Very polite staff, very clean room and bathroom. Would book again at this location. Very convenient to Dallas Love Airport with complimentary Uber ride to and from.

Will use again if needed! Just wish it had better breakfast.

My Baymont Wyndham stay and park was a terrific experience! The stay was great before my trip especially their wonderful staff. They offered tips to make my stay better and even offered a refreshment before I left early the next morning! Upon return after my journey they arranged for a quick airport pickup too. Top Notch!!

I missed my flight to Baltimore Maryland because the driver was late picking me up and then he leaves because he says he can only take 3 of 4 of my family. The hotel clerk was no help telling us what do we want him to do. By the time we got another driver, our flight was gone.

basically no shuttle service. Uses uber. Upon arriving was told uber would not come before 5am. We needed to be at airport before 5. after much discussion We got uber at 4:45. We told them time of return flight. zNothing was said. when re returned and called was informed they did not pick up after 11:00 pm. Out flight came in at 10:55 We had ro hire our own uber to retrieve our car. Not a great experience

Everything was as expected.

Our room stunk with a terrible odor from the moment we walked in! We asked for another room but they said they were full and gave us a can of febreeze. They said the smell was air conditioning coil but it smelled more like stale cigarette smoke or wet carpet. I'm not sure what it was. The outside definitely looks better than the inside. 0 out of 10 do NOT RECOMMEND.

Started out rocky - when we arrived there was no one at the front desk, just a sign saying back in 15 minutes. There was another guest waiting for someone to come help him as his key card from the previous day was not working. He was waiting there with his take-out dinner getting cold until they showed up to re-key it. In the meantime the rest rooms off the lobby had "out of order" signs on the doors. After a 2 1/2 hour car ride, that was a problem! The lady working the front desk had only worked there one day, and this was her 1st time alone. She took all the information for our "shuttle" ride to the airport the next day and I signed the papers. The room was VERY nice and extremely comfortable, very clean. The next morning I just happened to mention to the new front desk lady that we were waiting for the shuttle. She said they did not have a shuttle but a driver would come; however, she did not have any information that it had been ordered. After some investigation she discovered that the info had been entered, but was still in draft form - it had not been submitted. She was able to get us a driver there very quickly and we made it to the airport without a problem. I wish that it was crystal clear that a shuttle was not available - I had looked at several other hotels but did not choose them because it said the rides would be provided by Uber, not a shuttle. I choose this hotel with the impression that there was a shuttle. Never the less, I was still OK with the whole situation at that point. HOWEVER, when we returned I called for a driver. The lady said to get our baggage and go outside those doors and she would TEXT me the info. After about 20 minutes I called back and said the driver had not appeared. She then told me we were supposed to be downstairs, not on the upper level. We went downstairs and waited anoter 20 minutes or so, then I called again. She siad that driver had left but she would send another driver, and text me the info. After about another 20 minutes I called and told her I had not received a text, and no one had shown up. She stated that she had tried to text me but my phone was not accepting texts. Why she did not simply CALL my number I cannot figure out, and could not find any reason at all why my texts were not coming through as I was able to get texts from others. At that point, my husband was having a meltdown and I was so frustrated we simply found a taxi. $28, plus a $5 tip later we finally got back to our car about 1 1/2 hours after landing. I asked for a receipt but in all the confusion forgot to get it. I realize there is no chance of getting this refunded but will be much more careful about confiming the availability of a shuttle at the hotel before using this service again.

Hotel was nice and quiet. Room in good condition. Staff was super helpful when we had questions.

Nice people, nice rooms and I appreciate the Uber ride!

Initially, the check in clerk did not see our reservation for Park Sleep Fly as the hotel did not provide a shuttle. Once he made the connection we were told that there would be an uber for us the next morning. The ubers worked well.

When we arrived at the hotel they did not have us listed as ParkSleepFly, but the girl at the desk quickly took care of it when I showed her my confirmation email. We enjoyed the hotel and loved being able to just leave our vehicle there and take Uber to & from the airport. This helped minimize the stress.

The hotel was fine. We were able to get a good night sleep. Breakfast was only Danish rolls and coffee, so we ate breakfast at the airport. Uber to the airport was great. There was a problem with getting the Uber from the airport to the hotel. (The hotel business card had the wrong # to call when we were ready to get picked up at the airport. The # on the card was for the fax so I wasn't able to contact the hotel... needn't to call my own Uber). ...Just make sure you have the correct number before leaving the hotel.
