Nice accommodations. Comfortable bed, very quiet. I wasn't able to get a signal on the tv, but that was not important to me. Very happy with the shuttle service!

Great experience. Staff at the hotel were all very kind. Check in was easy. Shuttle to airport was on time. The shuttle back to my car was prompt and very accommodating. I was offered a stop for food, etc. When arriving back to hotel driver offered a restroom break or water at hotel lobby. I was ready to be home, so I declined. Driver dropped me off right by my car. Not only did he unload/load my luggage into my car but he was very particular about how my luggage was load in my car-so it would be easier for me to unload when I arrived home. My only complaint would be the carpet in hotel is a little outdated. Everything else was amazing.

Hotel is clean the rooms are clean park area secure. The staff at the counter was very good even when I was upset about the pricing they did a very good job of trying to explain it. The problem is my receipt from Park fly sleep is different than what I got charged but that I am not happy

The Sleep Inn Dallas Love Field in the Medical District surpassed all of my expectations. I arrived late and was too tired to go to dinner. Their kind desk staff suggested in house alternatives and provided me with a welcome bag w water. Their transport and pick up service to and from the airport was top notch. I travel often and this Sleep Inn will be my go-to from here forward!

We arrived behind a massive storm. The hotel didn't have any electricity but they went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome. The electricity returned I. The early morning hours and they had breakfast ready and still with a smile on their faces to greet everyone. This was a wonderful experience. We stayed the night, parked while we flew to New Orleans and they had Uber pick us up and take us to the airport as well as pick us up at the air port when we returned. Totally took the stress out of our trip.

The room was nice and the lobby was pretty. On the way to the airport, the shuttle was fine. I called at 11:35pm to ask for a ride back to the hotel. At 12am I decided to Uber back at my own expense. The hotel called me at 12:25am to let me know they were sending someone. I let them know I had already taken care of myself. There was no offer to remedy the issue.
