From Los Angeles International Airport: Exit onto Century Boulevard. The second light is Airport Boulevard. Take a left onto Airport Boulevard. The Four Points Hotel is on the corner of Airport Boulevard and 98th Street.

From North: Take state Freeway 405 and exit at Century Boulevard. Turn left onto La Cienega Boulevard and then turn right onto Century Boulevard. Turn right onto Airport Boulevard. The Four Points Hotel is at the corner of Airport Boulevard and 98th Street.

From South: Take state Freeway 405 and exit at Century Boulevard. Turn left onto Century Boulevard and then turn right onto Airport Boulevard. The Four Points Hotel is on the corner of Airport Boulevard and 98th Street.

We needed a top sheet, and after 2 calls and 2 walks down to the lobby we finally got 2 of them, only to have them be Damp. SOOOO Unacceptable. The front desk workers.were very rude about it.

Fairly old hotel, room was clean but rather small, a little disappointed thinking of what a Four Point Sheridan Hotel would be. But it did provide for extended parking for my car.

Horrible! Very hard beds. Room was mediocre. Worst part was we arrived at the airport upon returning after a five hour flight at 9:30 p.m. NO SHUTTLE ANYWHERE TO BE FOUND. Waited 45 minutes. Called the hotel and they said there were two. We watched numerous other hotel shuttles come and go. Saw one for Four Points clear across the lanes with no one in it and not stopping for anyone. Finally had to take the Marriott Shuttle and walk to Four Pts. dragging our luggage. Saw the shuttle at the hotel with no one in it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Will never stay at another Sheraton.

This is an old hotel and the plumbing needs some attention. The wait time to check in was long and then we were assigned a room on the 2nd floor at the corner of two busy streets. We were able to move to the 8th floor on the parking lot side. Much better, but it took a long time to make contact with the desk as they wouldn't answer the phone and I had to come downstairs and get in line again. The room phone did not work, or was never turned on.

Hotel was great. Shuttle to the airport was very punctual. However the shuttle back was ridiculous. Waited over half an hour.

We have used Sheraton Four Points at LAX for Park Sleep and Fly before and selected it again for this trip. This is a very nice and convenient property

Hotel, itself, is tired and needs refurbishment. But, the staff is wonderful and, in the end, it was a perfect location for its intended purpose: Stay at hotel close to LAX and have a parking place for three weeks for a fair price. The Parking Lot/Structure is way behind the hotel. You have to walk around the property to get to the car. There is no way to the parking area though the hotel itself. The parking is part open and part covered.

The Sheraton was fantastic. The shuttle service, however, was terrible. After waiting more than 30 minutes at the airport, the shuttle stopped at every terminal. Not only did it take an additional 15-20 minutes for all the stops, but the shuttle was packed with people and luggage. There were people standing all the way forward; very dangerous. The luggage was a mess and the driver had trouble finding the correct suitcases when passengers had to get off. This was a private shuttle service contracted by the Sheraton.

Very nice...easy to get to. We were gone 11 days. Shuttle arrived within 10 minutes to pick us up from airport and promptly returned to hotel to pick up our car. We were on the road immediately everything was prepaid to pick up our car.

We stayed the night before our flight. We got there two hours before check in. They had no early check in, so we left our name and hung out in the lobby. There was an older gentleman that was working the front desk. When a room was ready, about 45 minutes later, he came and got us. He was friendly. However the next morning, when we were getting ready the next morning, we found a bed bug or a tick on my pillow. (I have a picture). We needed to get to the flight so didn’t handle it then. When returning from our trip, we were at terminal 6 and there was a shuttle there, but it was full. We waited 45 minutes with no sign of a shuttle. We called the hotel and they said that “we must have missed it because it left the hotel 20 minutes ago.” We were not the only ones waiting. We grabbed a cab and got to the hotel, still no shuttle in sight. I would not recommend this hotel and it’s services.
