Definitely made our travel experience much less hectic. Reviews were Definitely mixed but I think.they were dated. The hotel.room was remodeled and we had a restful night.
The prerecorded msg., regarding the shuttle, needs to be updated with correct information. Otherwise..highly recommend.

The best thing about the hotel was the super nice staff
The rooms were very nice
We came in late so we missed breakfast by a few minutes to construction woke us up so we figured we might as well just leave. Maybe I’ll do it again. Someday after the construction is done was hoping for a little bit of a continental breakfast like I said, but all in all it was fine

Room was good...there is still construction going on so lobby area is difficult to access...elevator in car garage is sporatic...so don't go uo too far in the garage if you can help it.

Hotel was great. Shuttle back from the airport drove by without stopping. We called the hotel then we waited for an hour and no shuttle came. We finally just went on a Westin Hotel shuttle and then walked to our car. Not happy after a long travel day!

We enjoyed our stay. While the grab and go breakfast starts only at 7 am, we thought the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The convenience of parking is great, although how to leave the parking garage was not well explained and our room key did NOT activate the exit gate.
We will be back - and staying / parking - on Aug 17th!

I’m surprised I did not discover this sooner. It was great to drive down the night before to avoid the morning traffic and then sleep in a comfortable bed. We did have one problem, the shuttle was full so we had to call Uber. It was a bit of a stress point but it worked out fine.
