The room was on the smaller side but fit our needs. Shuttle to the airport we waited a few minutes. Pick up at LAX was fast!!! Streamlined and we will definitely go this route again!!! No worries about our vehicle and a nice bed to sleep in.

Property was easy to access. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and answered all my questions.
Upon return, phone was not answered on first attempt, phone rang continuously for 3-4 minutes. Called back and the call was picked up by friendly and attentive staff. Let me know exactly where to go to wait for shuttle, I did not wait long. Shuttle driver was the same driver going and returning, he was friendly and helpful.

the parking lot was well lit and several parking spots to choose from. The hotel was just across a side street. The check in was very easy, great breakfast in the morning and very clean along with lots of tables. I will for sure stay here again, next time I need to park at LAX.

Room decor was a little outdated flash back to the 1970's. Terrible odor coming from the bathroom sink. Towels are scratchy.

Over priced for conduction of hotel. Parking was open lot across street and hotel is old. Staff exceptional and breakfast was above average. Close to airport and shuttle rans 24/7 with 1/2 hour turn around. time

Hotel was okay for an overnight stay on the way home. It is in need of some updating, but overall, our stay was good. Breakfast was included in the cost of the stay and was one of the better that we have experienced in our travels. The best thing about the hotel was the service offered by all staff- it was impressive.

This was the best thing I have ever done.I needed a direct flight to Hawaii and the only direct flight was from LAX. It made it stress free and easy for me to get us to the airport. We didn’t have to get up 4 hours earlier to drive to LAX. It was simple, easy and the instructions were clear. Staff at Fairfield were awesome too!
I will use it again.
