We were very happy with the accommodations and access to/from the airport. We have used Park, Sleep, and Fly many times before. Our only disappointment was that our vehicle was oversized for parking, and while it was in the description we missed it. Perhaps it could be more prominently displayed earlier in the description. We will use this service again.

It’s the best way to fly in and out of lax if you live in Orange County. Checked in the night before, left our car for the week, the shuttle picked us up at the curb about 15 minutes after we stepped outside. F you’re looking for a stress free way to begin and end your trip without inconveniencing friends or family with getting you to and from the airport, I highly recommend this.

Hotel is great. I've stayed before. But this time they did not honor the ParkSleepFly price quote.
I was unable to correct this at check-in so had to call the hotel when I got home. Eventually it was resolved.

Everything went as planned - staff is great. The only thing we suggest is to increase check-in staff at typical check-in times, especially when you're anticipating large groups to check-in around a certain time. We had to wait 40 minutes just to check in.
We also had to wait awhile for the shuttle to pick us up at LAX when we returned. It was longer than a half hour. The drivers were great, though!
