Room clean and bed was good. The bathroom a little less than expected. It is an old motel but very adequate for one night stay.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Desk clerk was very firendly and helpful. Shuttle was right on time to take us to the airport and only a short wait upon arrival.

The hotel was a little on the older side and could use some updates to the ceiling and floors. However, the room itself even though old was very clean.

Remote control for TV didn't work
When I called for my taxi, I asked the front desk if they would start my car for me and they did. I was very pleased.

This is an economic hotel or middle class. Positive: The hotel is located on a main boulevard of Burlington and at 10 minutes drive from airport. The service was very good and the staff is friendly and courteous. The breakfast was above our expectations. The room is not great luxe but we had a small fridge and microwave. Negative: the furniture is a little different style. On the whole we recommend it.

Room smelled musty and bed was very uncomfortable (mattress caved in the middle). No taxi came for pickup, so we were forced to take random cab - to their credit, the hotel covered the taxi fare. Customer service was very good - kudos.

For the departure ride to the airport everything went well... but we sadly had a lot of trouble when we came back from our trip:
1) the shuttle never came to pick us up at the airport at 11:30PM (waited 30 minutes and called the company without success)
2) we had to take a taxi to get to the hotel and the hotel manager refused at first to pay me back... but I managed to get reimbursed after 10 minutes of negociations
3) the car was supposed to be stored in a garage but when I came back he was still at the same place where I left it and was full of snow
