Staff for our night stay before our flight was very courteous. Shuttle to airport at 4AM was on time and smooth. Upon arrival to return to Inn no shuttle was available and could not locate a taxi for us. Told we had to Uber. We could not find a Uber but did get a taxi at the airport. A little inconvenient and added to our trip expense.

Great location, room was nice and clean. It was nice to have a shuttle available to the airport in the early morning, and also very practical to be able to leave the car while away. Although when I returned late afternoon there was no transportation available by the hotel, they paid for the taxi to the hotel. Very good service.

Pretty much your standard small hotel. Friendly desk staff and shuttle driver. Clean rooms. Buffet breakfast. Warm breakfast would be nice.

Definitely the best place to stay when flying out of Burlington. Newly renovated rooms, friendly and helpful staff, 5 min from airport, near restaurants (and several deliver). 24 hour coffee.

I couldn't be happier. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and very comfortable. The shuttle services to and from the airport all done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this hotel and service and will use it in the future.

This hotel is a bit dated and run down but good enough for the price. Being " pet friendly" is a problem when you are awakened at 4:30 am by a dog barking to go out and it's owners ignore it, thereby disrupting the entire wing of the building. Also when we returned from our trip the front desk had lost our reservation. Although they did manage to accomodate us with a room, it wasn't for the park and fly price.

Sparkling clean hotel, friendly staff. Very late return to airport, and the shuttle was no longer in operation at that time of the night. The hotel sent me a taxi, which was there within 5 minutes with a very courteous and friendly driver. This was very good experience all around and I would definitely do it again.

Thank you very much. It was very convenient to be able to stay park and get a ride to the airport. Will, the night manager was very helpful both when we left for our flight and when we arrived back at the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
