Very helpful and responsive staff. Went out of their way to accommodate us. The gym and lobby are closed so unable to comment on breakfast etc. There appears to be unreliable drivers in the area but t he staff made sure we made it to the airport and back

The hotel needs updating and overhaul of rooms. It’s a well worn facility. When checking in they didn’t realize we booked through parksleepfly. Had to search for the reservation.

Hotel was adequate, but there was no shuttle service available at the time we needed to get to the airport. So we drove ourselves and had to park at the airport both of which we had been trying to avoid. Very disappointed and stressful

The first room we weren’t happy with. Mainly because there was no elevator & it was on the second floor . Not fun lugging luggage up & down stairs and one person with a walker.
The second time after our return was a nice room on the first floor.

The Quality Inn we stayed in was very old. The room was outdated the first night, but okay the second. We encountered old worn, carpets, leaky plumbing, inaccurate telephone support.

Hotel was great but park and stay took our deposit but never gave it to the Quality Inn, so we arrived and they had no rooms had to find a new hotel and still have not gotten our deposit back. And they was no shuttle service available

The main problem was the shuttle's arrival over 45 minutes after I was expecting it at the airport. The plane arrived on time and the flight was known to the Hotel.

The overall process and accommadations were very good. I was VERY happy with the comfort of my bed. I would love to know what you use for a mattress and topper and if they are available to the public. I had the best night sleep and did not wake up with the usual back and neck ache! I need one of those beds! The pillows were also perfectly comfortable. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks for the great visit.

The shuttle to pick us up at the airport NEVER CAME! After waiting over an hour, and after several calls to the hotel, we had to take a taxi. The hotel reimbursed us for the taxi fare, but that did not compensate for the disruption to our trip and the discomfort of waiting all that time.
We will be very hesitant to ever use your service again.

There was a discrepancy between the balance to be paid on my reservation receipt and the actual bill at the hotel. When I checked out the gentleman at the reception desk told me that he would look after it and credit my account with the difference. And he did!!!
I just received a credit on my credit card. I just called the hotel to thank them for their service. I really appreciate it.
I will surely do business with you again. Thank you very much as well.

There was construction going on but the staff really tried to make things (like breakfast) work. The breakfast was good, the room was clean and the shuttle service was great.

The only thing is that they did not told me that the shuttle for the return from the airport to airport was with the taxi mentioned on the business card. I had to pay the taxi my self

The hotel is quite dated. The room was ok. The heater was very loud and made it hard to sleep. Housekeeping forgot to check the balcony when they cleaned last and there was a cup full of cigarette butts out there; gross. The desk staff was friendly but we asked for a wake up call and didn’t get one; fortunately I set the alarm clock as a back up. We had a 6 AM flight so we were up early and could of used a decent cup of coffee; the coffee in the lobby was terrible. The shuttle was on time and he was a good driver but so unfriendly. We had the same driver on our return and he was waiting when we went out to the curb but again, SO unfriendly. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again; we saved 45 minutes by doing ParkSleepFly...not worth it.
