We requested the shuttle for 4am. We were in the lobby at 3:53am and were waiting for nearly 10 minutes before I approached the desk. I mentioned to the desk clerk that we were waiting for the shuttle and had a flight to catch. He said it would be here. After another 10 minutes the shuttle was not here and I approached the desk again. The clerk then told me the shuttle had left before 4am but would be back. (now I'm pissed because we were placed on a list the night before and we were in the lobby on time) It finally arrived at 4:30am with only 2 seats left which we took. Then 2 more people arrived in the lobby looking for the shuttle to the airport. After 10 minutes of the shuttle driver trying to figure out what to do they squeezed into the shuttle which was unsafe and very uncomfortable. They were both large people. We finally arrived to the airport only to be stressed out and rush around to catch our flight. The whole point of staying the night before was to eliminate stress and rushing.

The hotel was nice & clean.
The shuttle service was horrible. I am not sure it was on the driver end. We had to call 3x to get the shuttle to come to airport which is 5 miles from airport.

The hotel was fantastic! It was clean, the room was quite spacious and we liked the fridge and microwave feature. The hotel staff was excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to book there again! Thank you for creating a worry free travel experience.

Everything was just great. The onlt criticism is that since we had an ealy 5:30am fight out, we had to be at the airport at 3:30 but the shuttle was not running at that time so we were forced to take a cab instead at a cost of $16. I asked the customer service rep if the hotel had any policy of either full or partial reimbursement or room discount since the shuttle was not available. She stated that the hotel had no policy. Perhaps you ought to conside ammending your policy to include snoe sort of credit for situations like this.

We were extremely disappointed when we arrived at the hotel (Hampton Inn) to arrange our shuttle to the airport for a 7AM flight that their shuttle did not operate before 7AM which meant we needed to take a taxi ($30) to the airport at the proper time to catch our flight. We did use the hotel shuttle on our return.

I booked so i could park sleep and fly and was told you had a shuttle to airport only to find out you did not. the girl at the desk said we should have been told and that it happens alote

Hampton Inn near the Allentown/Bethlehem airport was nice and convenient. Room was clean and linens were high-quality. Free breakfast was nice in the morning and coffee was good quality.

I was very dissatified with the shuttle to the airport the morning of my trip. The hotel did not shuttle me over to the airport, they got a taxi for me. The taxi got me to the airport over 3 hours before my flight left, (the hotel said it was either than or 1/2 hour before my flight was scheduled to take off), so I had no choice. The reason I booked the hotel was because of leaving my vehicle so I could get some sleep before my trip. I only got a couple hours sleep because of this, so it was a very bad start to my vacation. Again, I was very dissatified with the overall experience. Is there anything that can be done about this?
