Made the trip much easier. Convenient.

Wasn't able to get a return shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It took me 15 minutes to walk back to the hotel so it wasn't terrible and I only called twice to try. It's possible it was a language barrier.

Terrible stay. Dirty room. Walls are thin. Noise noise noise all night. Will never stay there again.

I just didnt feel warmly greeted, or safe here. The hotel itself is in serious need of updating. The pillows had a strong smell of body odor…there were wires & cables, loose outlet covers & obviously patched up walls throughout the room. I did the park and fly( (which I thought was included in the quoted price but was informed at my arrival that it wasn’t) when I called for my pickup, I waited nearly an hour. Repeated unanswered calls while I waited. I’ll never stay there again!

Found a roach in the bed. Hotel was not clean. Breakfast eggs and sausage were not hot. This hotel does not meet the standards of what I expected from a Wyndam hotel

The front desk had to take us to our departing flight because the shuttle driver never showed. We were stranded at the airport after our return flight. They refused to pick us up on the shuttle because they stop at 11:30pm. We were never told that. Not our fault the flight was late.

On our arrival to the hotel until we left in the early morning to go to the airport, I can say that I was very happy with your hotel. We had dinner from the restaurant & we really enjoyed it. There were no issues with the room & my niece was very happy to see the planes coming & going to the airport. When we went to checkout, there was a slight issue, there was no one at the desk to take our keys or to call someone to shuttle us to the airport. After standing around for a few minutes, someone finally came & it happened to be the shuttle driver, so we got to the airport in plenty of time. (Our flight was at 8:30 am, so we needed to be there by at least 6:30 am). The MAJOR issue I had was when we got off the plane to come home & called the hotel to have the shuttle come pick us. (8 people we had traveling together both ways & we had 2 rooms) I called approximately 10 times after being put immediately on hold & then hanging up, or having the line ring constantly & no one at the hotel picking up. I finally got through to someone & asked if they could sent the shuttle for us, & she replied yes. After waiting 15 mins along with all the time we stood there trying to get through to the hotel, we ending up having 2 of our party go to the hotel by getting an UBER & getting our vehicles to pick us up at the airport. I understand that there are issues with staffing but I find it absolutely ridiculous that there is no one, at a hotel that is open, there to answer the telephone. I am extremely unhappy that part of our reason to stay at this hotel was for the park, sleep & fly package, & having it end up that we were not picked up when we arrived at the airport. Although I was happy with the first half of our stay, I doubt that we will stay here in the future when flying out of Allentown Airport.

When our flight landed I called the hotel and after being on hold for quite awhile I was told a shuttle would be right over. We waited. A shuttle did not show up. We called the hotel again and we’re put on hold for a long period of time then we were told “No shuttle is running” We gave the person from the hotel our confirmation number and we’re again put on hold. We were then told we booked through a “third party” -Whatever that was supposed to mean.We waited an hour and a half and no shuttle showed up! We did have an Uber driver pull up and ask us if we needed a ride and we did! We still had a 3 hr drive from the airport to get home! Never Ever Again!!

Arrived to a room with no towels, someone’s deodorant on the floor and pizza sauce on the bed.

My flight was canceled. I have tried several times to contact the hotel but never got an answer when I called I keep getting hung up on.

Hotel was great. Shuttle service was fast with no wait time both drop off and pick up.

The stay at the hotel was adequate. The two main reasons I chose to stay at the Days Inn is for the extended parking while traveling and the ease of getting to the airport before my 6:00 am flight. I was ready to be taken to the airport at 4:30 so I would have plenty of time to get through check in and to my gate. The shuttle left the airport at 5:00 and I almost missed my flight due to the line to get through security. It definitely created an added level of stress that I did not need. Fortunately I made my flight. When I came home, the shuttle arrived to pick me up in minutes, which was very nice.

Fast...Efficient...Worry free. Great experience!

The room could have been cleaner as could the grounds surrounding the property. The staff were not very outgoing.

Bathtubs need to be re-done. Very slippery. Rooms are very clean

The owners seemed like they are new at this, but they were polite and got me to the airport and back without any problems. When I arrived at the hotel they didn't know anything about my reservation, but that was cleared up quickly

Room / hallway smelled like cigarettes , otherwise fine
