Awesome deal, best hotel staff! Grab and go breakfast included! Highly recommended!!! Shuttles not working but when I told them I was stuck at airport they sent shuttle for me telling me it was a one time thing! Appreciate the help! Hope they get shuttle running again soon!!!

We stayed there for the ability to park and have a shuttle ride to the airport. When we asked when the shuttle runs we were told it doesn’t run anymore. That cost us extra money for Uber. You shouldn’t advertise shuttle service if you don’t have it.

Nice, clean room. HVAC unit was a little loud, but tolerable. Cafe food was above par. The desk, wait, cleaning & shuttle staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

Very nice for a 12:30 AM check in. Driver was not told I would need the shuttle ahead of time or he said he would have been there waiting. I told the desk when I checked out for my flight that I would be coming back that late. I was told to just call when I got back, so my wait was longer for the shuttle. The bathroom in the room was small. The door banged against the shower bar. There was a door leading out to the pool area in the room which would be nice in the summer. The desk clerk gave me a 1st floor room close to the front of the hotel since it was so late. Great since I was exhausted & just wanted to sleep.

Don't like the layout of the lobby and getting to the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. Parking lot was blocked off and had to go long way around the building. Had no idea what door to go in and no elevator to upper level. Shuttle service was Great and very timely to pick us up.

The hotel was great and the breakfast was also great. I used the shuttle service and they got me to the airport in 10 minutes and I called when my plane landed and walk out the door and our shuttle back to the hotel was there.
