Very hard to find. Parties going on in back of hotel, but hotel front desk clerk (night clerk) did give us a room in front. Right behind a gentleman's club and some shady things seemed to be going on.
Shuttle driver wasn't friendly. Said called room and no answer, just to find out that called wrong number so initially clerk didn't want to call him back to take us to airport, morning clerk (owner) unfriendly. When we came back a week later, the front desk would never answer after calling 2 times and waiting for 20min. Ended up getting a UBER driver. Will not be staying again.

I have never written a bad review in my life, so this is the very first.
There is false advertising on the site. Rented room because advertised as two queen beds. Our room had two double beds. When I called the lobby regarding beds, they said "size of the beds is what we have."
Also, there were numerous rooms available but we were placed next to another occupied room. The guests were loud (we had to get up very early for a morning flight.) Guest also smoked on the balcony outside our room.
Shuttle stopped running after 10pm, so answer I gave is incorrect. Had to use a cab.
Would not have given any stars, but is required.
There are other complaints but above is enough said.

Front desk person was rude when we checked in. We were 5 minutes early and she was at the end of her shift. We got no explanation of why she would not help us or talk to us until a new person came on duty. The shuttle driver was helpful and pleasant.

Upon returning, I tried to call from the airport to request the shuttle. The phone system referred calls to a national reservation desk, and they were unable to help with a local number. After trying every number in the phone tree, I finally reached the local hotel. Their phone message needs to be clarified, and perhaps offer a specific key to press for the shuttle.

This worked out well for our early flight. We stayed Friday night, left our car there for a week and took the shuttle to the airport Sat a.m. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we returned the shuttle was there quickly.

Hotel was unsafe and was most likely the worst hotel I have been in. We pulled into an unlit parking lot and was badgered by a man with a young girl wanting us to pay the difference of his room and put it on our card. We checked in anyway and the attendant did not request any information for our car we were leaving for 10 days. We headed for our upstairs room and the halwall was filthy and my wife stepped in something that looked like vomit on the floor. We has to use our key in the upstairs breezeway to get to the outside walkway that led to our room. We entered the room and immediately noticed that the door did not close properly and the ceiling paint was puckered and starting to fall. The bathroom was poor at best. I called another hotel in the area and immediately left. This is very sub standard for a Quality Inn and I am surprised they are allowing such a place carry their name.

Clean and comfortable. Motel was apparently in a brand transition (Baymont/Quality Suites).That and an awkward street access caused some trouble in finding the correct motel. But once located it met expectations and was reasonably priced for a 7-day parking plus one-night stay.

The hotel is very dated but the bathroom was spotless and the sheets crisp and fresh. Both nights the receptionist said she did not have our reservation. Thank goodness I still had the reservation on my phone.

one room was great the other was not clean and there had been smoking in it! It reeked!!! on return the shuttle drove right past without stopping! Had to take a taxi back to get car!!!

The hotel was clean & sufficient. The staff however were less than professional. I arrived with my reservation, but the front desk said it didn't exist! She said, "This is a scam reservation!" After 30 mins. I was finally able to check in with new reservations made via the hotel! On the return journey, the airport shuttle never came (after an hour) I took a taxi! It was a stressful situation both coming & going.

The hotel had no record of our reservation, had to spend two hours trying to find another hotel. Will NEVER use this service again.
