We had a great experience. Comfortable room and safe location to park. Transfer to and from airport was great, and the drivers were so friendly.

Microtel Inn Charlotte Airport was a good selection. The drop off at the airport was on time and allowed me to avoid the airport parking hassle. On return, the AA baggage pick up was not good and the CLT airport is a mess. However, the Microtel van arrived quickly and got us on our way. I recommend Microtel park and fly shuttle to anyone with an early flight out of CLT.

Front desk associate was friendly & welcoming. Room was small, but clean & bed was comfortable. Contrary to some other reviews, we had no difficulty finding a parking place even when we got back to the hotel rather late after dinner. The shuttle drivers in both directions were very kind & helpful with our luggage.
2 problems:
1) I was awakened in the middle of the night by a call to my cell phone from the front desk asking if we were still planning to come … when we were already in their hotel room! She said it was a problem of a duplication on the ParkSleepFly site.
2) We were informed on check in that Microtel’s shuttle makes just one trip to the airport on the hour meaning we had to take the 7 am shuttle to make our flight. We had paid to have breakfast included in our room rate. We were then told the breakfast room did not be open until 7:00. So no breakfast. It would be helpful if the shuttle run times & breakfast hours were stated on the website.

The hotel room was very clean and great for an overnight stay before a flight. We were quite pleased with the overall choice and feel that the efficient shuttle service and off sight airport parking was a really great value that we would definitely do again.

The hotel staff and room quality was great! Unfortunately, the shuttle never showed up to pick us up on our return...I called the hotel to arrange pick up at the airport, and was told the shuttle should be there in approx 15 minutes; at 30 minutes of waiting, I called back and was told it could be "indefinately" -- i was advised to get an UBER. So, I was required to pay ~ $20 for that :-(

We just needed a place to rest our head and park our car. Microtel did the job. My only feedback is they need a better system for the shuttle pick up at the airport. I called once we landed and they said wait in zone 1…but the driver didn’t know who we were, how many of us were in the group…etc. after waiting for 25 we called the hotel again and sure enough the driver was already back and missed us at the pick up…however had he been told he needed to pick 2 people he would have known not to leave without us. But they did send the shuttle back. The driver was great but a better system would have significantly reduced our wait time.

Excellent service. Shuttle picking us up was a little slow but traffic was heavy and it was understandable! Facilities at hotel were fine.

Shuttle runs from 5:00am to Midnight so if you may fall outside of that window you may need to look elsewhere, but other than that it was a good experience all around.

Great service. I love that I could sleep, store car and have shuttle all at same location. Shuttle van was pretty beat up and ragged inside, but driver was prompt and helpful.
