Rude staff, things missing from room and front desk did not care. 1 was arguing with me and telling me I was rude. Other told her to be quiet and got me a coffee pod tray so I could use my room coffeepot. Then the rude 1 yelled at a customer that walked into the store area... Because she was mad at me.
1st stay was a disaster and no sleep due to party going on down hall ( see my review).

We were very pleased with the service especially being able to leave our car parked there while we were away on vacation. The shuttle drivers were exceptionally nice and helpful.

The staff was very nice, bag breakfast was plenty, and the facility was clean. Our vehicle was in a safe place while we were gone. The bed and pillows weren't comfortable, which made it hard to rest well.

Clean hotel room. Basic room. Perfect for 1 night. Hallway smell very funky. Ride to airport was on time, Ride from airport was a nightmare. They could not get in touch with driver. Had to wait 45 min til a ride finally showed up. Won’t do that again

It was great! Very courteous staff.
When I called from the airport on my return, the young lady at the hotel responded with, ‘Miss Nancy, I’ve been waiting for your call.’
That gave me a very nice feeling.
I went to the wrong area to wait for the shuttle, Charlotte airport, 2 section 1’s.
Luckily, I looked over my shoulder and saw the shuttle.

Disappointed, wake up call didn't happen. When I called to be picked up after a four hour flight I get a recorder. A cab cost me $ 24.00 plus a tip. The two good things were that it was clean and there were plenty of good restaurants lose by.

Very clean quiet stay. Comfy bed. Omar the shuttle driver was so accommodating and pleasant. I was hesitant on how timely the shuttle would be but it was well done thanks to him.
