We flew into Charlotte at 5:50, deplaned quickly and had our bags at 6:20. I called from the spot designated for pick-up repeatedly for 20 minutes before we got an answer. We waited out in the cold until 7:00 before our shuttle came. It is about 8 minutes to the airport from the hotel. I am not happy with the Charlotte Airport Days Inn!! The shuttle driver is wonderful. We have had him numerous times before. He said the receptionist did not let him know we were waiting.

Hotel was nice, like being able to leave car while on a trip. Airplanes loud but not bad.

The hotel was seedy at best The room actually had chicken bones on the floor in the corner of the room . The shuttle driver made an illegal U turn trying to beat the light on our return trip. When we called for the
shuttle it took over 40 minutes for him to arrive and he had what looked like his friend riding with him. when we got to our vehicle he parked the shuttle van behind ours and went to talk to his friend and left us to wiggle out.

Hotel was not very clean and they would not pick me up from the airport . I had to get a Uber in order to get my car. I will not stay at this hotel again

The room was ok. The kicker is that they charge daily for parking even though you are flying out and back. I have not had this happen elsewhere. Was it just an uninformed desk clerk? Then on my return, I called for shuttle and was told it doesn't run between 11 am and 3 pm. Was I to wait for hours in the airport until the shuttle started back running? I took a cab to hotel. Time can't be wasted waiting for a shuttle I was told would come when I called. A DISASTER !

Hotel was wonderfully convenient to Charlotte airport and shuttle service was good. I was told, however, that morning service ran on the hour rather than half hour as advertised on website. Front desk check in was efficient though welcome was rather cold. Beds were clean and comfortable but room was so worn as to appear a bit dirty. Drape would not close completely until I found a way to reattach it to rod.
Desk clerk answering phone on return call for shuttle was excellent.

Hotel location was great! Not much for restaurants around the hotel. Our first room had a very strong perfume smell that would not go away even after we opened the door for a couple of hours. We were moved to a new room which was fine. The staff was very friendly

Nice and clean but too close to airport. Noisy. Parking was additional to room charge. I thought it was included in quoted price. Maybe I read wrong?
