We were by a major airport, which we knew, so there was a lot of outside noise, which we expected.
The room was clean and more than adequate for our needs.

Despite the fact that the Radisson is still in the throes of renovation and construction, we had a very pleasant stay. The “Park” part of “ParkSleepFly” had to be done through valet parking because space is an issue while the main parking lot is being paved. The staff was very friendly and professional, and this is a very very busy hotel. The shuttle service to and from the airport was also efficient (and JFK Airport is also a huge construction site at the moment!). What could have been a very stressful international travel itinerary was a pleasant way to handle a big trip, especially since we were coming directly from a family wedding four hours away

The shuttle drivers were very courteous and helpful. As someone who gets anxious about transportation to and from the airport, I’m glad we went with this hotel for our vacation. Everything went so smoothly and there were no surprises.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel itself was quiet but outside noise made it hard to sleep. That is expected for a hotel in the city.
Wish the hotel restaurant had some healthy, vegan options.

Paid a little more than if I would have if I booked seperately but I must say I was really happy with the benefits of park, sleep and fly at the Raddison JFK Airport. We had valet parking which was awesome due to park sleep and fly. The shuttle service was great, and very prompt. Hotel was amazing, bed was soo comfy. Definitely will use again!!!!!!

The only complaints I had were that I wish the bar and restaurant opened earlier and that my hotel room window was cleaner so I could get a picture of the beautiful sky line.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Only prob the drain in shower the water was not going down and handle on toilet broke. But this can happen so I would def stay again if in the area.
Lot kind of tight.
Carmen Diaz in the restaurant was amazing not just great service for us but to all the customers that came in. She is a real asset for you. Very friendly and great service. We would come back just to see her again.

Overall good. A couple of issues, though. Parking attendant tried to charge us for 1 night in addition to Park& fly fee. And we had to wait quite a while for our car because they had another car blocking ours. Lastly, the restaurant opened 30 minutes late.

I think this hotel is renting rooms to section 8 housing, lots of ruff raff looking people at hotel, possible drug activity.

Bar and restaurant were both closed midday and when open after 5pm food was terrible. After a long drive a drink or something to snack on would have been nice
