The air conditioner cover fell to the floor when I attempted to turn on the AC. One half of the room had no power to any outlets. How often do you check the quality of the hotels that are run in your name? I have no issue with the Park Sleep Fly program...just the hotel itself.

Hotel was not the best but for 80 $ and not have to deal with airport parking can not complain shuttle was not bad we got the hotel number from the desk on check out it also took a little longer to check out from hotel due to a guy that paid in cash and was fussing about a 100 dollar deposit and the staff said that the manger was not on site the hotel was a little older the stopper in the bath tube did not work but for the price you really can not say much

The hotel was nice and clean but we had a toilet back-up and asked three times to have maintenance to come and repair but they never showed up. So, we stayed in the hotel room overnight not being able to flush the toilet, so the waste stayed in the toilet bowl. Also, the telephone in the room wasn't working.

All good with parking and shuttle. We arrived at2:40 and clerk on duty told us check in was 4 pm and we should come back then - behind her on the wall check in sign was 3 pm! We left and came back at 5 and new clerk on duty apologized and was very accommodating checking us in. That was only snag - all else was ok

Hotel was just ok-drop Off was ok/pick up was not-waited 35 min and 4phn calls to hotel /my pick up driver was excellent Alfredo made the only reason I did not go back into hotel to complain that they lied and said he was just at airport 2x

The hotel had an odor upon entering the building and another distinct odor when we stepped off the elevator into our hallway. Thankfully, our room did NOT have the same odor. We were a bit disappointed that breakfast started later Saturday morning than the rest of the week, as we were trying to eat breakfast before venturing off to the airport. When breakfast was set out, it was not a great variety. The morning shuttle was prompt and got us to the airport quickly, maybe a 5 minute commute? We did wait around 30 minutes at the airport waiting to be shuttled back to the hotel. All of that being said, it was super convenient-close to the airport and close to some eating establishments for dinner.

Because of changed flights, my luggage was delayed. I had to take the shuttle back to the airport the next morning to retrieve my bag. The hotel was wonderful in helping me!

It was very basic. Outside was sketchy at night, as there were people barefoot and hanging around the front door. Windows and mirrors were smeared and dingy. I would not stay at this Baymont Inn again, as it was $102.00, yet comparable to a Motel 6.

Hotel interior looked like an institution. However, room was very clean, although basic. Quiet and convenient to airport. Big negative--hotel claimed to have no record of our return flight and we waited 45 minutes at the airport in 40 degree rain before being picked up, after calling the hotel THREE times. Driver apologized profusely and was very friendly.

T is in the middle of renovations. Clearly just bought out by Wyndham. 3rd floor wasn’t finished yet and I got last room on first ffooor by the maids closet and washing machines and dryer. Still files in walls, security cameras everywhere (clearly used to be a prettt shady hotel and they ar trying to change that)- give them a year and it will probably be really nice but they shouldn’t be part of the PSF options right now unless this is your standard. Rm 122- neon blue nail polish color on the bathroom counter. Holes in wall where the hair dryer was installed twice and never fixed. Could hear the rolling carts of the cleaning service clanging on the tile back and forth as they are re-vamping the upstairs. Entire staff in training. Very polite, but only one person seemed to know what they were doing.

One had nasty bath clothes and pillow cases. The other room the floor was dirty. Try to talk to Manager but he was very disrespectful and didnt seem concerned about our issues. We will not be staying there again.

I will never use this service again!!! Arrived at hotel to find no reservation. sat for 30 mins and everything was cleared for our stay before and after our trip. Returned back from our trip and was told again there is no reservation. Hotel was dirty, brekfast was a joke. I will never stay at a baymont, nor use park sleep and fly again
