Ramada Charlotte Airport Hotel and Conference Center - Charlotte Douglas International Airport

The hotel was 3 hotels in one, it was very confusing when checking in because our “hotels” front desk was closed so we had to go to the another “hotel” front desk. There was obviously a huge water leakage problem because there was fans everywhere trying to dry the carpet out. Our room must of been flooded or something because the mattress had water damage on its side but didn’t smell or anything. The airport shuttle only went and picked up every hour not like it said on the website. We had to get an Uber after our flight because the shuttle took too long to pick us up. Then while we were gone someone broke into my truck bed and stole things and broke my hardback cover on truck. They did have a nighttime security by the lobby, but obviously they weren’t watching that well. You get what you paid for. We won’t be staying somewhere this cheap again.

The hotel was dirty and smelled in the hallways and elevator. No A/C in the hallways or the elevator. When we checked in we were given the same room as the people that checked in just before us so had to walk all the way back to front counter to get a new room. Ice machines were not working either. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. We had to wait almost an hour to be picked up at the hotel after we called. We called three times. Van was very dirty.

Hotel was dirty and smelly. Went to take a shower and slid in tub as entering it. Bottom of tub was very slippery and there were no hand rails to hold on or grab on. Hurt my left foot and left side and bottom of left foot was bleeding. Was disgusted and left about 5:30 AM with very little sleep to pick my daughter in Clemson SC. Made front desk attendant aware of my fall and slippery tub. I hope there will be some compensation. Thank you, Harvey Goodman PS my friends also booked the same deal and upon entering their and smelt and saw it dirty, they left and went home. I probably would have done the same except we just came back from Germany and I had to pock up my daughter as I live in Raleigh NC

The room was not in good condition. I let the hotel staff know and I did not stay at the hotel. The price was good but I would not be able to recommend this particular hotel and room to anyone.

The hotel was okay, it looks like they are in the middle of a much needed remodel. The shuttle itself was a van with a long mark on one side, indicating that it had been in a wreck of some sort. The drivers were fine. The front desk was not very welcoming, making a lobby full of people wait until 3pm to check in, so she could assign rooms. The location of the hotel is difficult to get to, we waited for 20 minutes to be able to turn on the road that it is on, even with the stoplight. This wouldn’t be one of our top choices the next time we are in the area.

Don’t leave your car parked at this hotel and go on vacation. We did….and when we got back from vacation the catalytic converter had been stolen off my car. We live 2 hours away and we’re stranded. Thankfully the hotel let us spend the night at no charge, which was nice. The neighborhood around the hotel is very sketchy. Stop clubs and hookers abundant Learn from our mistake and DO NOT do a parksleepfly from this hotel.

The place was a little sketchy with a view of a “Gentleman’s Club” and arcade but the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Our flight was delayed and they held our room past their deadline. The room itself was worn but clean. I’m not sure I would have paid what I did for this hotel without the added bonus of being able to park my car there but the stay was satisfactory.

Under staffed. Under renovation, but still in poor condition. Confusing amalgam of three hotel brands. It was clear that the hotel has been poorly managed for several years. The first level carpets were worn and badly stained.

Decent sized rooms and facilities, dated decor, minimum but nice staff. The van driver was especially quick and helpful. The neighborhood can be a bit questionable at times. Otherwise, a good location near shops and restaurants.

Staff was awesome, hotel was very nice and clean. Airport service could not have been better. I would use this service again. Could not have been better

The Ramada hotel was closed; this was a Clarion property. I would NEVER have book a Clarion. The Ramada and Clarion were joined, but Ramada was entirely deserted. Though advertised with having a restaurant and lounge, both were closed and barren. The Clarion was run down. The wood was damaged and beaten. The room door, bathroom door, hallway -- all run down and beaten. Not having a restaurant onsite was very disappointing. I do not recommend this property.

Overall good .....reason for the 3 stars is that the room door key/lock wouldn't function, and we needed to have the room changed, and we just traveled from Europe, very tired, very late at night.

Take this motel off your list terrible.

Nice room to stay in before heading to airport. The shuttle was easy to get to and from airport. Very happy

Went fine except we had to wait for 45 minutes for pick up in zone 1 on a cold night and a 31 hour trip home from SE Asia. I’d do it again though.

The only bad thing about the hotel was directions as to where the lobby was. They need better signage.

Great property. Clean and quiet rooms. Lobby staffed 24 hours with shuttle running to and from airport. Bistro served good food. Easy interstate access.

Hotel was great and it was close to airport

There are three hotels connected. If you go to the wrong desk like I did, Radisson, they don't have the Ramadas reservations. I had to call parksleepfly right from the hotel to get proper instructions.
