The Caravelle Inn needs a lot of work before it can even be considered "acceptable". Let's start with the parking. Your car will be parked outside among the other cars belonging to the motel's guests and what seems to be random people partying in the parking lot all night long. Regarding that partying...apparently the Caravelle Inn is the place to gather to drink and smoke through-out the night. The rooms are sparsely furnished including a tube television! There was minimal hot water (even at 4am) , peeling paint, and broken sheet rock. Finally , there is NO shuttle. The motel uses "American Cab" to provide transportation to the airport. This requires the guest to contact the cab company for departures and arrivals. And be prepared to argue with the driver about who is responsible to pay the fare.

The room was old and disgusting, no tv, no smoke detector just empty cartridge hanging from ceiling. No coffee, no breakfast actually none of amenities were present.

We had a 7 am flight and the hotel shuttle was scheduled to pick us up at 5:30 am. They did not show up. I called the shuttle twice and was told that they would be there in a few minutes. At 6:00 am we secured a ride from another carrier costing us $20.00. We were the last to board the plane. We were seconds away from missing our flight. When we returned I explained what happened to the desk clerk. They showed me that there was a reservation with the shuttle. She did not offer any compensation for the additional $20.00 we spent.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The smell of marijuana was pungent throughout the property, the party that was going on upstairs all night long was unbearable, I was afraid my car would be vandalized the entire time I was on vacation. HORRIBLE MISTAKE TO STAY THERE!!!! I felt like I had checked in to a drug den. This hotel has thoroughly run down and park sleep and fly should not participate with this hotel. I am going to give the staff two stars for being there but they made mistakes and failed to set up my pick up for my shuttle to the airport and failed to let the shuttle know when I was returning. They are unreliable. I apologize that I have to give parksleepfly a low rating as well as they referred me to this hotel; therefore they are not researching the hotels that they advertise. I will say this was my first bad experience with Parksleepfly and I hope they do better but I probably will not use again.

The hotel met my needs, however it was noisy and my sleep was disrupted. That may have been due to my room location. The front desk staff was helpful.

The pictures and reviews on the ParkSleepFly.com website looked and sounded much better than the quality of the motel. The room was clean, but we could not get the TV to work. The room was fairly shabby, in great need of refurbishing. The man in the office was very nice, but he was the only person on staff, and no one was on duty after 11 p.m. We would not stay at this motel again.

I have stayed there a few times, but I will never stay there again. The room was dirty in the morning when I had to catch the cab it never came I had to call them myself. There was no one in the office in the morning.

The Caravelle Inn is very run down. We tried to check in at 7pm, but no one was in the office and they didn't arrive until 8. In our first room, the TV didn't work, so they moved us to another room. In the second room it looked like someone had used a crow bar to open the door and several of the floor tiles were missing. There were several homeless people roaming around that made it feel unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I wasn't sure what to expect given the low price and the description of it online as a one star hotel, but the hotel was sparkling clean, in good repair, and well managed. I parked right outside the office window so I wasn't concerned about security. The shuttle is actually a local cab company with which the hotel has a contract, and there's essentially no waiting, with door to door service. Everything went very well. I would and will stay and park there again.

Probably the worst room I have ever had for what I paid. Front desk clerk checked us in, took all of the shuttle info for trip to airport in morning, gave us phone numbers to contact if problems but obviously never turned it in! We were never picked up and had to call the emergency phone numbers to arrange for the ride. Not fun when you are catching a flight! Couldn't get the hotel to answer the phone on the return trip to arrange for our ride back to hotel to get our car. Had to call cab company itself. Sorry....never again!

This was the worst experience I've had with the Caravelle Inn. I've stayed there several times with Park, Sleep Fly over the years. I had to change rooms 4 times because the televisons didn't work. I made arrangements for a 6:30 am pick up for the airport, it was not done. When the office opened at 7:00 am a cab was called. I barely got to the airport, checked in and almost missed my flight. I will not use them again.

The hotel was the worst we have ever experienced. Scary location! Paint coming off all over bathroom walls . Hair dryer didn’t work. No telephone. dirty room . The room was so old and small we had to rent another room.for our son.Smelled of marijuana . Manager yelled at me because we wanted to know why we didn’t get a wake up . He yelled because you don’t have a phone. Please don’t send anyone else there. Waited 45 min. in the cold for our return .We give this hotel 0. I’m disappointed that you didn’t physically check out this hotel . Because if you had I’m sure this hotel would not be one you would represent.

Standard room. Close to the airport. No hot water for our morning shower. Older electrical outlets. Had to put the coffee maker on the floor to plug it in.
