4 starts because I wish shuttle would run later and start earlier. We had to get taxi to and from airport.

Our room was fine but the hotel food was very disappointing. Everything seemed like it was frozen microwaved food or made from a box. Would not eat in the restaurant again. Then we could not use the shuttle service to go to the airport because we had to be there at 6:30 & they did not offer it that early. We had to pay $20 for a taxi. Then on the way back it was during the shuttle’s service times but we had to wait for about 45 minutes with others even after calling the hotel multiple times and being told “he is on his way”. They shouldn’t even advertise shuttle service.

Great experience overall. The price was more than reasonable for a hotel room night and 12 days of parking.
The shuttle didn’t start until 7a. But we had an 8a flight, so an employee took us in the shuttle early to make sure we had plenty of time to make our flight.

Comfortable, great shuttle service,very convenient.
Price is high, but you are paying for daily parking, 2 shuttle rides and a boatload of city taxes. Would stay there again.

Hotel & staff great. Shuttle to the airport also great. Shuttle from the airport non existent. It was broken & no back one available. Took a taxi from airport & hotel staff reimbursed me for it.

Need to expand the hours if your shuttle service to accommodate all flights, would be great if the shuttle was running for either of our flights, but needs to hire a cab?!?

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and tidiness of every area we used. Our room was lovely, spotless and had every amenity we needed. The staff was friendly, helpful, proficient and cheery. No complaints at all!

The shuttle service was not available at the times we needed (before 7am and after 10pm).However the front desk clerk was able to provide the number for the taxi and the information that it was cheaper to take the taxi then to call an Uber.
I accidentally hit 30 minutes for the shuttle and then couldn’t undo it. Perhaps you should ad ano shuttle taken option.
