Hyatt Place San Jose Airport - San Jose International Airport

Hotel was great. Very close to the airport. Shuttle service was great. The weird thing was, we were late getting there. It was after 9 pm. We get up to the room and the dot was barely cracked open. Then a maintenance worker (I think) said Hi. I asked him what he was doing in my room and he said he was “checking on a housekeeping issue.” I said, is there something I should be concerned about? He told me no. It was so weird. But the room was comfortable, and it was close to the airport. Shuttle was great. And it was easy to call the hotel and ask for the shuttle to come and pick me up from the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Great service, shuttle not available after 11pm on our return flight so had to hire Uber.

Great stay at the Hyatt Place. Check in was a breeze. They offer a simple dinner menu at the restaurant, which was good enough for us. There are places around there where you could walk or drive to eat nearby. One thing to plan ahead of time, is to make a reservation for the morning shuttle. We would have preferred the 5:30 AM shuttle for our morning flight, but they didn’t have space on that shuttle. So we took the 5 AM shuttle. Apparently, you should reserve the Airport Shuttle ahead of time. Our car was safely parked in their lot for 6 nights during our trip. When we returned home, we called the Airport Shuttle and they came and picked us up at stop number 8 at the San Jose airport. That was for United Airlines, there might be a different stop for different airlines at the other terminal. The shuttle driver brought us right to our car. Great Customer Service!

Great customer service. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Pool and workout room are nice too.
