very noisey party next room had to call front desk quick cab dirty and old made for barn animals to ride in

The hotel is perfect. The problem is the 1hour waiting at the airport

Staff was nice. Breakfast complete and good. Room clean and comfortable. Heating system noisy. Shuttle from hotel to airport perfect. On time. Driver very polite and talky. Another story from the airport to the hotel. We had to wait for 45 minutes. The driver decided to take another person from another hotel with us and left her before which add time to our too long wait we just had before. And when he realised I was not happy about all this, he was sarcastic. If I would have known about the extra hour, I would have picked up a cab at the airport to arrive prompltly. Because of this, i don't think I will use this service again.

I questioned amount charged because we had a balance after paying deposit which included taxes and fees already but he said there was another tax fee. It looks like correct amount was charged so don’t have to argue with anyone. Also I had to call taxi as they didn’t show up to get to airport and no one was at front desk. Taxi was scheduled for 4:15 am and I called at 4:40 because no one was there yet. Dispatcher said someone already came and I said no and he did send someone.

My night at Days Inn was really fine. I left my car for 45 days and found it iced in place upon my return. The woman behind the counter actually yelled at me when I complained that I could not move the car because although they had the keys as required, they never moved the car when plowing and so an ice and snow dam was built around my car. It is my contention that if they charge to keep the car, they should be responsible for the conditions in which they rep it. I am in my mid 80s and expect service which I have paid for to be delivered. The manager, with whom I had contracted, was not present, only this hysterical attendant.

For the departure (hotel to airport), the taxi was on time. For the return (airport to hotel), the taxi arrived 30 minutes after our call.

Noisy air-heating system. Lack of privaty, curtain to short. Bathroom need to be update. Humidity stain.

Excellent staff, quality room -

Room was clean, staff was VERY helpful, coffee was very good in am. The cab service was a bit different. The drivers were nice and helpful! However, the cabs were dirty and reeking of stale smoke and one had doors that would have been impossible to open in an accident..

Days inn was truly exceptional. I arrived late and every effort was made to accommodate my every need. The conceirge David went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable including finding me food that delivered after 10pm and delivering my car safe and sound after weathering a two week blizzard parked outside.

The facility was a little on the shabby side with worn carpet, linens and drapery. However it was quite clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The taxi airport shuttle service while prompt was not good. The vans were actually dirty, not just shabby. I think I even got a flea bite in one. And the drivers were just creepy!

Perfect for one night befofre trip

good value and convenient. rooms clean comfortable and quiet.. parking easy and inexpensive especially with free weeks. unfortunately shuttle was in old rundown unclean taxis with unimpressive drivers.

Clean, nice staff but needs some refurbishing. I used the park sleep fly option. Everything worked out well.

We did not sleep at the hotel. Was suppose to do so at our return, but our plane was delayed and we have to sleep in New York and take the flight to Burlington the next day.
