Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte Airport North - Charlotte Douglas International Airport

Served the purpose. Staff was friendly. Room had a few issues like big red stain on carpet, light didn’t work, outlets didn’t work. Shuttle worked great.

I would take this hotel off your list. It needs updating, starting with the staff. No breakfast at 7 a.m. Faucet and handles in the shower falling off the wall, no phone in the room, refrigerator didn't work and we had to pull it out of the cabinet and unplug to get rid of a humming sound. My medication packet had to be refrigerated so I put it in an ice bucket. The ice packet needed a freezer and the staff put it in a refrigerator after I asked repeatedly to freeze. I could go on. The final straw was the shuttle. Every seat was filled and because the time for departure was minutes away the driver wouldn't turn on the engine and give us A/C while he sat in the air conditioned lobby. I asked him to start the engine and turn on the A/C (It was VERY hot out and humid) and he said he couldn't because it wasn't 7 a.m. , his departure time to take us to the airport. We will never stay there again and tell our friends the same.

The hotel was very nice and very convenient for Charlotte Airport. The courts Van Driver was amazing and went the extra mile to help us. I recommend this hotel

It did not go well First no coffee in room or lobby second - vehicle sustained a breakin- broke the back window. will ever use your service again. Perhaps you should invest in cameras for the parking lot.

Great place to stay. Reasonable rate and the front desk staff was pleasant and professional. Close to the airport and the shuttle was on time and easy to access.

The parking was great. Hotel shuttle was excellent. Early morning shuttle took 3 minutes to arrive to airport!! The return to hotel a week later took 10 minute wait and 8 minute drive. It seems this hotel is used greatly for parksleepfly as majority of parking lot was filled with such cars. Being a Marriott Courtyard, I expected a higher quality hotel as we are Marriott members. The lobby looked great with modern furniture but once you left the lobby…carpet worn, elevators looked abused and rooms x 4 were the worst Marriott rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Linens were clean and room dusted. Furniture modern. Cupboards missing handles, electrical outlets by beds were so used that electrical cords would fall out of outlets. Room needed painted. Shower/tub area needed recaulked, shower curtain was falling off the hooks and ripped, shower head needed cleaned…mini fridge appeared clean and cold.

Great service. Easy to park, sleep, fly. When we returned we collected our bags, called the hotel and the shuttle was there in 10 minutes.

The area is extremely noisy due to the proximity of the runway which made sleeping hard. The rooms are in need of an overhaul as they are worn out. Shuttle was very good and on time.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room and good value for room and nine days of parking. Suttle service was great to and from airport. Since it was our first time using the service I forgot to ask about the pick up point. It would have been nice if the hotel or the shuttle driver had given some instructions for the shuttle service.

Friendly checkin & shuttle service. Complimentary breakfast would have been nice. Prices for coffee and breakfast too high. We ate at the airport for less!
