Easy check in process and getting directions for parking location of our vehicle while we were on travel with a well lighted adequate size of parking lot. Quiet, spacious, comfortable bed in our hotel room, with plenty charging ports of different options. Very close to the SJC airport with easy access off Hwy 101. Desk clerk was informative and professional; he quickly came to our room to solve the problem with our "smart phone" not working; he found it had been unplugged and took some effort on his part to reconnect to restore it to full power. Shuttle service to the hotel was speedy to and from the airport.

Overall, the hotel was decent for our one night. Unless I missed the fine print, they use Uber or a taxi service to and from the airport. We were under the impression that there was an actual hotel shuttle. There was also some difficulty understanding the hotel staff when we called to be picked up from the airport due to noise at the airport and the accent of the staff but we eventually got the ride scheduled.

Front desk staff person not very friendly when I arrived Thursday evening. Hotel was noisy. Room was very clean and comfortable, looks like it was recently renovated.
Morning desk person was nicer and was also the driver to the airport.

Most likely will never use this hotel again! Not in a good area, rooms look nothing like the website shows and smell bad. They advertise they have a restaurant and bar, which of course was not open. They say they have airport shuttle, but couldn’t accommodate our family of seven so the hotel desk person took us but my daughter’s son had to sit on her lap. On our return, our flight was late and they said the shuttle stops at a certain time (which we were not told ) so we had to take two Ubers to the hotel. Never again! Next time I’m staying at the Hilton where I know I’ll get better service.

I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn and Suites and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The “park and fly” option worked perfectly for us!

Hotel is spread out over a large campus, parking feels incredibly unsecured. Rooms are dirty and rundown.

The hotel is split up into two sections, not easy to navigate with children.
Took awhile to check-in. During the busy times, they should have at least 2 clerks. Parking was sketchy, how was it monitored.
Great shuttle experience, I would recommend this hotel based solely on that. The uber for pick-up came quickly!

Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff efficient, check in was easy shuttle service timely ,handy to have breakfast available. My main concern with a park n fly is that my vehicle is safe while I’m gone I have had the experience of a broken into vehicle while parked at a park n fly hotel . This parking area was well lit and your vehicle was not parked off into an obscure corner not easily seen ,and my vehicle was intact when I returned. The price for the stay and parking was very reasonable.

Would have given 5 stars except for an equipment malfunction that kept waking me during the night. One wall of my room backed up to a public room housing a large hot and cold water dispenser that made a loud noise each time a quest filled a water bottle or a coffee cup. It’s difficult to believe that no one heard that noise before my stay and it’s likely that a simple lubrication or ball bearing replacement would have resolved the problem.
Aside from that, the hotel is an excellent place to stay and leave one’s vehicle before a flight.

Excellent service, everyone was very helpful and nice. When I arrived my reservation was not there but they got me a room and a parking slot and all was well, did scare me for a minute that Parksleepfly screwed up my reservation.
