Efficient and courteous staff. Easy location en route to airport. Nice lobby with 24 hour coffee and complimentary chilled water. Continental breakfast. Upon return shuttle not available so hotel sent taxi for me. Again pleasant and prompt service. Worth every cent and even that was very reasonable. Will use again on next flight.

Hotel was very nice. Only problem is with the bedside lamps. The electrical plug on the lamp do not work, this is the 2nd time we have stayed at Hampton Inn in 10 days in 2 different rooms. The only other receptacle is on the floor behind the bed and nightstand. I wear a CPAP at night to sleep and have to unplug the clock or the lamp. But, everything else was excellent!

Stayed the night before our flight & left our vehicle. Everything was excellent including the availability of a 4:30AM shuttle to the airport. Would definitely stay at the Hampton Inn Knoxville Airport again. Staff were all very helpful & personable. Only possible improvement would be a shuttle that ran until at least midnight for late or delayed flights - was almost us but we ended up being delayed 24 hrs.

Park sleep fly I give a 3. When I checked in at the hotel they didn’t have me on the system as a registered guest and paid partially. I had my confirmation on my email so that was the only thing that saved me.
