Hotel was good. Shuttle was on time and staff very friendly. Pool was a little cold and dirty. Had a bit of a wait checking in as we booked through park and fly but it didn’t make a reservation at the actual hotel for us. Staff figured it out and got us in a room within 10 minutes.

The hotel room was reasonably clean, although we were not able to get the rollaway bed the website said would be available. Our problem was with the shuttle. While the website said it began at 5 am, we were told by the front desk that it started at 4 am (we needed to be at the airpot for a 5:30 am international flight). When we got to the hotel, we were told it didn't start until 4:30. Kudos to the hotel staff member who called the shuttle driver in early the next morning. However, the website said the shuttle ran until 11 pm; when I called for pickup at 10 pm on our return, I was told the shuttle was done for the night. I protested, and was told he'd be at the airport in 15 min. When we were still waiting over 30 min later, the hotel clerk said after we hung up she found that the driver was gone for the night. Wondering how long she would have left us waiting in the cold! She told us to take a cab to the hotel, and we would get reimbursed (we did).

The hotel itself was good. The room was clean and check in was easy. However we requested a 4am shuttle to the airport only to find out at 4:10am (after asking the front end person) that the shuttle driver had called in to work. The front end person was kind enough to call a taxi for us. But not being picked up until 4:30 made us have to be rushed once at the airport. When we arrived back from our trip I called at 11:25 to have the shuttle pick us up. The woman at the hotel told us the driver would be there in about 10 minutes. At 11:50 the driver had not shown up yet. I called the hotel again and she stated he had another call and would be arriving in about 15 minutes. We waited a total of 45 minutes for the shuttle. I could have called an uber and been at the hotel to get my car 30 minutes sooner. If the woman at the front had been honest with me about the arrive time of the shuttle I would have done so. I found the whole process of the shuttle to and from the airport unacceptable and will not be using this hotel for a park sleep and fly again.

The hotel lived up to my expectations. The driver I had in the early 4:30 AM was courteous and on time. It was coming home that I did not get the service I needed. It took an hour to be picked up from the airport, after 3 telephone calls, with a 4th wondering how they were going to resolve the situation. When the gentleman arrived he did not come to the location I ws told he would arrive at, but beyond the center aisle. At this point, I had 1a 95 year old mother in a wheel chair. I needed to bring the suitcases and her that distance. And, as she struggled to get out of the chair, I had to ask him to help. It caused me to be late to an appointment, of which the plane arrival was 15 minutes early. Needless to say, I was very personally upset.

Hotel and Staff were excellent. Our online reservations had not been received by the hotel,therefore the receptionist was not expecting us. She did an excellent job of finding us a room and a parking place. She was able to use our copy of our online confirmation to know what to charge us.

They had no shuttle service back to the hotel after my arrival flight and it cost me $23 to get a cab to get my car. They knew my arrival time when I registered and yet said nothing about it. I would never stay at the Radisson Hotel in Rochester again.

I reserved a king size bed and was told that due to staff shortages they did not have one available. Really problem is that they did not inform me on check in. I only discovered the issue when I reached my room to find two double beds. My complaint was when I was informed of the staff issues. Also , on my return I waited 1 hour at the airport curb waiting for shuttle. Numerous calls to front desk , I was told that driver was just around the corner. May try park and fly again but this hotel is no longer an option.
