Have stayed here many times and it’s been great. Staff is friendly, on time. Rooms are clean and it’s a great value. BUT, with the new owner breakfast doesn’t open until 6:00 a.m. Not good for people with early flights. Breakfasts used to start at 4:00 am. We may consider a different park and fly for our next trip.

The hotel was okay...my problem was that when I checked in they didn't have me as a PSF customer and the price was wrong accordingly. They eventually adjusted the price, but not without a bit of a hassle. I've used PSF before at the Quality Inn at the Rochester Airport with no issues, but they were booked.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room very clean. Bed very comfy. Plumbing needs a little attention; looks like an amateur did the work. Shuttle service was awesome and they had breakfast ready at 4 AM. Plenty of parking. Will definitely use them again!

The hotel is very adequate for providing a place to stay close to the airport. What it lacks in physical "wow" factor is made up for in excellent seevice!!

Hotel is clean, but older. What sets this hotel apart is its staff. Each one was wonderful and went the extra mile for our family. They made us feel like important and valued guests.
The breakfast was good- make your own waffles with lots of toppings (including Nutella!) this made my kids very happy. They started the breakfast very early, also (but contact them if you want to confirm times rather than rely on my review).
