Decent customer service, but the room was a little dirty. The tub didn’t look very clean and the towels had some brown stains on them. Would stay again, but was a little pricey for what you get.

Hotel was okay but didn’t have king bed room I reserved. Worst part was they did not pay for taxi to airport or back. They don’t have shuttle and we were told we would get a complimentary taxi but we had to pay ourselves! Would not stay at this hotel again.

Great room, had a good nights rest. Unfortunately the pool and exercise room was closed due to the covid 19 pandemic, which is not the fault of the hotel. Their shuttle service was also shut down because of the pandemic, but they provided a taxi to the airport.

We loved staying here before our trip. We were in a very spacious suite. Made use of the shuttle to go to dinner and to and from the airport. All very convenient. Hotel was spic and span. We loved the social hour and they packed us a to go breakfast for our very early flight. Warm cookies too!!! We will definitely stay here next time we fly out of Phoenix!

The room was good and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. It was great to be able to leave my car there. The ride to and from the GreenTre was really the highlight of the park stay and fly experience. The driver Danielle was a real bright spot going ad returning. She was very prompt and a pleasure to talk to and ride with. You have a real gem in her.

Such a lovely staff -- and such excellent service! Room was updated, quite clean and comfortable. Parking was safe and secure in a well lit lot (though we forgot NOT to park under a tree and the birds did leave a bit of a mess on our car, but nothing a good wash could not fix). Breakfast was excellent and the shuttle drivers very prompt and accommodating. Could not ask for more. Staying over the night before made our long flight much easier. Absolutely would do Park Sleep Fly at the Green Tree Inn and Suites again.

We had an early international flight and with 6 people traveling wanted the easiest departure. We slept the night before very comfortably, had a bagged breakfast waiting for us in the AM, and 2 easy shuttle rides. Upon our return the car was not disturbed despite the fact that I had left it unlocked. I’m so grateful for the park-sleep-fly option!

Rooms were clean and adequately furnished. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot, fresh with lots of variety. Shuttle was fast.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel on March 6,2019 and departed on the 7th. We visit family in AZ. once a year. Last year when we stayed in your hotel we were 100% satisfied. This trip we were again very pleased with a couple of exceptions. A minor one was the coffee was luke warm and not too good. We are coffee drinkers and like our coffee hot and good. Our major complaint is the shuttle driver. My husband is disabled and therefore I take care of the luggage . The driver walked past us and asked are you ready. He went and opened the back doors and stood there and watched me make two trips out with our luggage. He put it van and never said a word other that asking what airline. He never spoke to us again. When we arrived at airport he pulled up and dropped us off at the curb , Set our luggage in the road and stood there without speaking and looked at me like he was waiting for tip. Believe me he did not get one. We didn't drive so I couldn't comment on the parking. I am sure that we will again stay at this hotel next trip because one bad experience doesn't mean we like the hotel.
