The hotel readjusted the fees especially for parking. The total amount was close to the price advertised but with lots of discussion. My credit card had so many charges pending it was a little scary. They eventually got it right. Your ad stated 10 days free parking, the hotel said 7 with $5 a day added for extra days. They said they adjusted the room rates to compensate. The check-in was very confusing!!

The roomwas nice but the shower door would not remain closed and had to be slammed repeatedly. Our shuttle driver never showed up and one of the front desk staff persons was kind enough to offer to drive us to the airport so we wouldn't miss our flight (we were told they had a history of being unreliable). When we returned from our trip, we didn't even bother to call, as they were so unreliable - we paid for a taxi instead...we are elderly and couldn't take a chance that the shuttle would never show up...very disappointing and annoying. We considered asking for a refund, but felt it wouldn't do any good.

The hotel was beautiful the only issue I had was they were very clear on getting picked up or for the times so I ended up having to take an Uber from the airport back to the hotel as they had no driver available when I returned

Quality of our room for the price was above expectations. Large,clean, well equipped and very comfortable bed. Wish we needed to stay longer! Because we had to leave so early in the morning, it would have been nice to have coffee and a muffin etc. available or even a piece of fruit. Our only glitch was that on our way back, we were unaware the shuttle couldn't come into the area outside baggage where we waited. A phone call fixed the problem, but perhaps the pick up area should be passed on when a reservation is made. The driver apologized and was very pleasant on the ride back. We will definitely use these facilities again!

Nice on outside. Rooms were ok but we were placed outside the elevator and alot of traffic during the night in hall and elevator. Can't say much about the airport transfers. In need of repair. Drivers were nice but the van was in need of work and the one that picked us up at the airport was in his private car without a shuttle sign. We were concerned about that ride and when we got to the parking lot, the back door on my side did not open from the inside.

This hotel appears to be a popular spot being so close to the airport - perhaps consideration of some updates and remodels of the room may be in order. A little outdated but clean.

Should have had a larger vehicle going to airport from hotel at beginning of trip. Luggage had to be piled on top of riders. Return trip to hotel was perfect as larger vehicle was used.

The room was very good.
The drive to airport was good.
The pickup from airport was a TERRIBLE.
Arrived at 10:00 pm. Called for pickup. It took 1hours and 20min. for them to get there. It was cold and I called hotel MANY times asking where they were.

Staff and hotel was excellent. When we got there we was told we didn't have a reservation because the booking I made on line was not sent to the hotel. But luckily they keep a spare room just for emergencies, and we got that room. We would have been really upset if it wasn't for that. We would like to recognize and thank the two young men who took care of us. They did an outstanding job in keeping us updated and calm.

We had a 6am flight and booked the 4:30am shuttle. The driver NEVER showed up. The night manager was watching Hawaii Five-0 on the television and didn't know what to do. The security officer was playing video games on a computer and didn't know what to do. Our car was parked in the area they designated, which was some distance from the hotel entrance, and the security officer couldn't even see it from his computer screen (i.e. he wasn't outside patrolling). After about 20 minutes, we asked the night manager what we should do, and he said he'd try to find a vehicle for us to be taken in by the security officer (then zero security). He gave the office a bunch of keys and he went in search of a vehicle which was not fruitful. He came back, got some more keys, went out again, came back and said the battery was dead. Then he and the night manager went out with jumper cables, leaving the hotel completely unsecured. After more than 30 minutes, we drove ourselves and ended up having to pay $45 for parking. I'll never stay at a Sleep Inn again, although I might use ParkSleepFly again, as i realize this was not your fault.

The hotel staff upon arrival could not find our information. They did finally find a paper in their fax list that had my name on it only. They said the hotel manager would have to do something and call me back. They did give us a room and took my phone number. The staff acted like this was a huge deal. Really, I wanted to just leave. We did notice when we got to the hotel that several people are hanging out in the parking lot and at their cars. One guy even looked as if he was making a drug transaction to another guy in the parking lot. We left the next morning and never heard from the manager. The night shift guy was watching movies and looked very tired. He did not have any information for me so I left for my trip, leaving my car in the designated parking space, not knowing how much I am going to be charged. I left the car too hoping it would still be there when I came back. I returned to my car and the hotel had mowed the grass and thrown grass all over the side of my car. No one STILL has told me how much I was charged and I guess I'll see it on my credit card bill. I was very disappointed in the entire process!

The hotel itself was nice and also the staff were friendly.
The issue I had was that they did not schedule my shuttle ride for 4:30 A.M. I know they heard me since they told me where to park because I was leaving my car. Needless to say, I had to wait a bit to get to the airport. Fortunately, I always try to get to the airport two hours prior to departure to account for delays like this.
In addition to that, when I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel, but no one answered. I ended up having to take a taxi to the hotel.
