Was not able to use service of park and fly since this was on the weekend! Maybe it should be named week day only park and fly

This hotel is being renovated. The rooms were very, very nice. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff coould not have been nicer. The front desk employees were very friendly. Wish I would have gotten more names. The shuttle driver George was great. He was friendly and very helpful. He made sure we were well taken care of. Definitely will stay there again.

The shuttle never arrived so we had to drive to airport in our car and pay $70.00 for long term stay.

Requested 6:00AM shuttle when we checked in. At 5:55 AM confirmed need for shuttle at desk. Asked several times when shuttle was coming. Arrived 35 minutes late and driver claimed he was not aware the 6:00am request. Hotel staff claimed they had called him. Very poor service.
We took an airport taxi for 25.00$ upon return because it was 10;00PM, we were tired, and didn't trust the Holiday Inn shuttle service to be timely.

The hotel was A-OK and worked with me despite the fact that Mt reservation was not in their system. Booking through your website and paying the deposit did not work. Thank goodness for the hotel’s good customer service.

The gentleman at the desk was ready for my arrival and it only took a couple of minutes to get me to my room. He was also very helpful in ordering the shuttle to the airport and when I returned.

The front staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The airport shuttle was waiting on us and he was very friendly. We left too early in the morning to enjoy the breakfast.
We parked our car for 9 days and it was safe the entire time.

Location was ok. About a 10 min ride to the airport. The beds were very comfortable. It was quiet for sleep which for us was short as our flight left very early the next morning.

I have had a most positive experience with Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greensboro - Airport.
Donnette Chavis and Joyce (sorry don't know Joyce's last name) were very helpful and accommodating, particularly Joyce. I got stuck out at LAX and couldn't make it in as scheduled for the night (September 2, 2018). When I did make it in, September 3rd at about 130pm, Joyce made sure I could get to the Holiday Inn to pick up my car. I really appreciate her kindness.
