Carpets could use upgrade. The vending machine was out of order, needed to walk to nearby gas station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Experience was good. I utilized hotel for bookends of my trip - Everything went smoothly.

I was very disappointed in this hotel. We walked into our room and it smelled of weed. I went to take a shower and had one towel and no wash cloth and then didn’t like the plastic mattress pad. The Lyft got us to the airport in Columbus but when we returned and I tried to call the hotel to get a Lyft back no one answered after I tried calling 6 times so we had to pay for an Uber. I would not stay again or recommend this hotel.

We stayed here 3 years ago when we had a trip out West. It went perfect with no issues. This time, we had a very smelly room. First when we entered it smelled like weed. Then later on it smelled like disgusting food. Very old and outdated. When we arrived back, we found a dent in our car that we will have to fix. We will never go back to this hotel.

I stayed at the hotel at both the beginning and end of my trip. At the beginning of my trip, it was the worst check-in experience I've ever had. It was approximately 8 p.m., and my room was still not ready. Once it was ready, they gave me a roll of toilet paper to take into my own room. When I got to the room, there were no waste baskets and no coffee for the coffee maker. Unfortunately, I only learned of these missing items once I needed them, so it wasn't worth calling to ask for them. The people at the check-in desk initially booked my Lyft ride for the wrong time. I also heard them turning away people who believed they had reservations, telling them just to walk over to one of the other nearby hotels and ask for a room. At least the woman behind the desk was polite. The man was very rude. On the other hand, when I stayed at the hotel at the end of the trip, everything was fine. Check-in was easy, and everything was in place in my room.
Unfortunately, though, the Lyft shuttle took about 30 minutes to pick me up at the airport to take me to the hotel. (In contrast, the first Lyft, the one that took me to the airport several days earlier, showed up right when it was supposed to arrive.) My previous experience with ParkSleepFly at another hotel was great. I would recommend the service to others but tell them to choose a different hotel than the Columbus airport Country Inn & Suites when making their reservations.

Area around hotel was less then safe feeling and rooms were not clean. Windows were boarded up in the hall. In the way to th airport a Lyft driver arrived with his trunk full and unable to hold our luggage. On the way back from airport a vehicle was sent that would not hold all of the passengers! But staff at hotel was excellent in helping us to get a new driver.

Hotel is a little dated, with stained carpeting. They are painting currently, so maybe the carpeting will be next. The room was nice and large, and very clean.

First room was not safe window would not latch. Had to wedge the ironing board in the window. Also toilet didn't work. Went to front desk and informed them of the problem, was asked to use a plunger before we could be moved to another room.

After room was paid for in person, Hotel hit me with 2 additional charges for nothing I can identify, and their "book-keeper is the only person who can answer my questions. He keeps strange hours and is never there.

Stayed 2 nights, one week apart. Could not get hot water the first night. Had a wake-up call both nights; did not receive either of them. When I called for shuttle upon my return, the clerk at the desk gave me the wrong information about where to get the shuttle. it was midnight, and took awhile before we straightened it out.
