Staff was pleasant. Facility was run down and very outdated. The pictures online did not reflect its current state. It took numerous attempts for staff to get room keys to work.

Hotel and staff were all great. Only complaint was that our return flight on 6-11-24 did not get back to CMH until almost midnight and therefore they would not pick us up at the airport so we had to take a taxi to pick up our car. Thus creating more expense.

We stayed one night at the Days Inn. We arrived about 7:30 pm I believe and took the 4 am shuttle to the airport. So we were in the room for a very short time. But it was comfortable and the front desk employee, Mr. Lin, was extremely helpful and made sure we knew what to expect in the morning. The shuttle drivers were great and we experienced no problems. We would stay here again.

The departing stay and shuttle experience was positive. However the return shuttle pick up was more than disappointing. We had to wait for over 1/2 hour at 11:30 pm when told the shuttle would be there in 10 minutes. The driver was not masked and he did not ask the other 5 passengers to mask. We will not use this service at this location again.

WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!. DIRTY, OLD, SMELLED BAD! GETTING THE SHUTTLE BACK TO PICK UP OUR CAR TOOK OVER AN HOUR AND 4 PHONE CALLS. THIS IS ONE VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

Hotel is older and in obvious need of repairs. It seemed clean but could definitely use refreshing. Shuttle was out of order on return trip but staff paid for our taxi.

We've stayed at this hotel several times. Quality of the room is getting poorer each time. (TV didn't work in this one, but that wasn't a major issue.) We caught the first shuttle (04:00) for our outbound flight, which was OK. However, Delta has rescheduled our return to CMH at 11:30 PM. Called the hotel earlier in PM from ATL. Desk attendant said that shuttle probably wouldn't be running then. Called again when we arrived at 11:23 PM. Shuttle had just completed its final run. Had to pay Uber $25 to go the one mile from CMH to hotel.
