The hotel stay atLa Quinta was great(especially their pillows!!) The AM shuttle was perfectly on time and a very friendly driver. When we returned I called immediately..we had carry on bags so didn’t need to wait. The hotel said 10-15 minutes. I had to call three different times. We waited for a little more than an hour and finally someone came. I believe the hotel contracts out for the shuttles…La Quinta was very apologetic..it is the subcontractors who were disorganized. We have always had a good experience with Park, Sleep & Fly and will chalk this up to a one off…we will use FSP again.

I have stayed here before and think the staff is wonderful and welcoming Shuttle to and from the airport is very reliable The park your car while away offer is ultra convenient

We liked the people at La Quinta very much. The hotel was very clean. Our only complaint is we are in our mid eighties and the toilet is way too low. Had a hard time getting off it,

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Hotel uses a taxi service for airport transportation. The drivers were nice and on time-the vehicles were not new or clean. Otherwise a good expererience.

What a great experience! When I parked my car and went to the front desk, the person at the desk immediately called the taxi service they use and I was at the airport in no time. And when I returned from my 12 night Cruise, I arrived at the Albany Airport, picked up my bags at the carousel and called the hotel. It was just past midnight when I called the hotel and within a few minutes the same efficient taxi service picked me up in a spacious van. (I didn’t need all the space in the van but nice to know it was there if I did.) Again the trip was quick and I was in my lovely room to take a good hot shower after flying all day. The person at the desk was very helpful and set up a wake up call for the morning. After a nice quiet night’s Sleep I got in my car and drove home. And all for about the same price or less than just parking alone at the airport.

Hotel was convenient to airport and restaurants for dinner. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

Everything was good, except we weren't sure what to do upon arrival back at the airport for our shuttle. We had to find out which cab company did the shuttling and order a cab. Maybe we should have asked the hotel staff this info before we left. The cab company vehicle was actually quite disgusting. As far as hotel and their staff were great.

The hotel room was clean and nicely appointed. Our car was exactly as we had left it weeks before. The shuttle service from the airport was very disappointing. We were picked up from the airport with another passenger who was brought to East Greenbush...25 minutes in the opposite direction. When we mentioned our disappointment to our driver he rushed back to get us to the hotel at breakneck speed. We had to tell him we’d rather go slower and safely get there. At the hotel the key card maker was down and we had to be escorted to our room. The machine was still down in the morning, so we had to take turns bringing luggage to our car. Maybe just a comedy of errors, but after a long day of flying, not what we were hoping.

The front desk gave another guest my room key by accident so I was woken up to someone trying to enter my room. Terrifying as I had my daughter with me. I called front desk to tell them. I feel like this type of error should have been compensated as it interrupted my sleep and ruined my stay
