The room was pleasant and the staff was very nice. The drop off and pick up from the airport was quick and drivers were very pleasant. We would definitely use this hotel and service again.

We thought our stay was great….fine , personable reception and a nice clean room.
Close to the airport. Early morning staff(3:30 am)opened breakfast room so we could grab something.

The Albany Airport Inn staff were courteous, efficient and accommodating. On our outbound stay, we confirmed our inbound stay, but on arriving the hotel had no record of our inbound stay reservations. They quickly and graciously got us a room. One star deducted as the outbound room reeked of smoke and the room next door was an 'after-party room' past midnight.

I was skeptical, but the friendly and helpful service of the employees put this over the top. I will DEFINITELY go this route any time I have an early-morning flight; I might even use it just for convenience and ease of mind.

The room was clean and comfortable. We utilized the shuttle which ran frequently, and coming back they were at the airport within 15 minutes of calling them. Only issue is they tried to charge us extra for parking when we had already paid with our room. We were able to get the company to email them and didn’t have to pay.

The hotel did not have our reservation when we arrived. Fortunately, I had the parksleepfly confirmation email and the hotel staff made good on the reservation. No elevator for second floor rooms.

Disappointed with the outside areas. Empty bottles, coat hangers and leaves were present on the sidewalk and adjacent to the entrance. Someone was cleaning up the area when I returned 7 days later.
Thought i had a reservation but never rec'd a confirmation number and got to the hotel and there was not reservation in the computer. Luckily there was an available room.
