Rodeway Inn & Suites Bradley Airport - Bradley International Airport

Big difference this year compared to last year. It was noticeable how many people are living at the hotel. The room next to be had notes on the door for visitors. The room I had looked much shabbier then the one I had last year. The outside side doors were either broken or propped open. I do like the shuttle to the airport, but next time I would pay more for a nicer hotel. Used a taxi on the way back because the shuttle was unavailable.

The hotel was supposed to be non smoking but the entire hallway reeked for cigarettes and the room smelled of wet cigarettes. In the morning the hall smelled of marijuana. There was no shuttle driver because he had been fired so they scrambled to figure out who was driving us to the airport. When we got back, we were told we needed to take a cab and they would pay us back. Very unorganized

Although the hotel is in need of an update, we always stay here when flying out of Bradley. You can’t beat the price of the room and parking. Shuttle is always on time. The room is clean and bedding is fresh.

It was good for what I needed: quick place to sleep and park my car for a week. The hotel had a driver for us at 4:30am-we had told them the night before. There are signs that parking lot is not video taped but we felt good to leave a nice truck. Rooms are priced cheap bc the rooms are older. Save a few bucks and dont complain! :)

Staff is pleasant. Price is good. Rooms are so, so. I thought the parking lot seemed trashed and actually spent time picking up other people's trash near where I parked my vehicle. So, I'm concerned about the appearance of the facility. Also notice fire trucks and police cars when we returned and wondered what was going on.

worst hotel I have ever stayed at ! Disgusting decor need to order real pillows!! carpet was a 1970 special with stains, yuk It was really far from the airport. Do yourself a favor don't book a room. Oh, did I mention the smell of smoke everywhere, hallway, seeping into my room. Disgusting!!!!

The lobby was dated & had a musty/smoky odor. The parking lot felt deserted. There was little Insulation between rooms & we could hear neighbors easily.

We stayed here as we had an early morning flight to catch at Bradley. To give this hotel 1 star was even hard to do. As soon as we entered the hotel you are hit with an awful smell. A mixture of smoke and uncleanliness. We arrived around 9/10pm and front desk staff had no personality and could not find our reservation as it was typed incorrectly into the system when we booked. After 15 mins of searching and the staff trying to figure out what happened, we were finally able to get the key to our room. When we got to the room and tried to shut the door it was noticeable that that door was broken, although it was able to be locked, it was not shut all the way. The room and bathroom needs a significant amount of updates. Water spots on the bathroom ceiling, borders along the room wall were falling off and stains on the room walls as well. The outside of the hotel is not kept up at all. Trash everywhere around the picnic table in the back and landscaping is not done. As this was a park, sleep and fly we assumed our car would have some sort of security but we were directed to just park it in the back anywhere we'd like with no security and signs stating they are not responsible for stolen items. As I mentioned, we had an early morning flight and asked for a 430am pick up from the shuttle. The shuttle was 10 mins late which is not acceptable when customers need to catch a flight and need to be at airport for specific time. The shuttle is an old van, but was clean and the drivers were pleasant. When we landed back in Bradley from our trip we called the hotel to request pickup - again front staff was not helpful at all .We asked how long before shuttle arrives at airport for our pick up and the response was "I do not know". Luckily, the van was there in a quick amount of time. All in all I we will not be staying here again and would not recommend others to.

It was a nice clean room and an unbeatable price. We were very satisfied.

The hotel was very run down and smelled awful - stale smoke. The stench hit you as soon as you walked through the door. The woman who checked us in was not friendly and acted as if we were an inconvenience. It was hard to understand through the mask. I had to keep asking her to repeat herself, which got her irritated. The room was in terrible shape. Stained and crumbling ceiling tiles, dirt in the bathroom, and the shower was stained with something pink. When we went out the next morning to catch the shuttle the gentleman was sleeping at the desk (or looking at his phone) and took 5 minutes to look up and acknowledge us. Definitely would NOT stay there ever again. Both shuttle drivers were great - very polite and helpful.

Clean but old bar/restaurant was a plus but party that night woke us up at 2am but will definitely stay again staff was awesome

Rodeway was a very convenient and clean hotel to spend the night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is a big plus and the airport shuttle was easy and quick. Very responsive when we called.

Our plane landed at 11:40 pm. Our shuttle was a very short wait. The driver has very helpful and polite even at such a late hour. He deserves a raise!

In very poor repair and very dirty! Staff was pleasant but not accommodating for early check in. They told us if we were just regular hotel guests we could check in early but not for park and fly.
