Overall a good experience. Our room was upgraded because we using parksleepfly which was nice. Room was very nice. We were told there would be a grab and go breakfast in the morning, but nothing. Probably because we were taking the 4:10am shuttle. Arrive early for the shuttle because it left at 4:07. Next one was 4:40. They use an outside vendor called Laz Fly for the return. The driver must have been having a bad day. Waited less than 10 minutes for him to arrive to pick us up.

Wotked pretty well. Pickup was a bit slow. Would have appreciated an email close to he reservation date. I have made this reservation months in advance and only received a confirmation email when I booked.

Very convenient if you are flying out of Bradley. Staff was very helpful and the shuttle was right on time. Will stay here again whenever I have an early flight.

Everything was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room wasn’t ready when we showed up in the early afternoon but they offered us a free upgrade and it was perfect! We were very happy with our stay.
