The shuttle went out of business because of COVID. So they need to be taken off the list. I didn’t know until the next morning, when I needed to get to the airport. When I checked in, the desk gave me a card to call the shuttle. It was the desk clerk on duty, that morning who told me that there was no shuttle. I had to Uber but, of course, they let me park my car.

Absolutely horrible. Stains on mattress. Spread. NO towels or washcloths. I called, they said the maid was sick, somebody was coming around to give us some, never happened. The "peep" hole had no glass, I guess, so they stuffed it with toilet paper. The toilet had obviously not been cleaned from the previous peole, who apparently had diarrhea. We had the alarm set for 4, got up at 3 and said we would be better off at the airport. They called the shuttle for us, the driver came right away and was very nice. The car was fine when we got back. After several calls, we got a full refund (minus the $15 or so deposit). We will NEVER stay at a Travel Lodge again. You should give people warnings.

Our room was filthy. It was apparent someone had been sitting on the bed propped up by pillows. Toilet seat was up. When we went to lobby to wait for the shuttle we had to wait on the curb. We were not allowed in the lobby. Very rude.

The room was old but clean. It was ok for the night. We parked our car there while we were on our trip. The car was safe. We had no problems. Only one suggestion. The office was locked while we waited for the shuttle at 5:30 that morning. They wouldn’t open the door. We had to wait outside for the shuttle to com pick us up. There were no seats out front for us to sit in while we waited. Thank goodness the shuttle was timely. The shuttle was Green Mango. They were awesome. I will not stay at travel lodge next time. There are many motels to choose from on ParkSleepFly. I will definitely use Green Mango again.

I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!!! The pictures on the website are deceiving!! The room was never cleaned. There was dirt and hair on the floor and in the ice bucket. There was roaches crawling the wall. I would never recommend this hotel!!

Pleasant people. Filthy room- no towels- after requesting waited 45 min. and had to go to desk & still waited for towels. Chairs ripped & stained - old coffee still in maker - only one entry door worked at hotel , could hardly roll my luggage in

Room was not clean! Phone was not working! Almost missed flight because of no wake up call!! Schuttle service good but is the service used by many of the airport hotels.

This place was sooo gross we didn’t stay there and got a refund for the hotel. I now have to get a refund for the prepaid parking ng. The room was dirty ,stains on the sheets and sickening spray smell to cover up the nasty smell. If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT STAY AT THE TRAVEL LODGE, Jacksonville airport.

The staff was very friendly. We only stayed 1 night to catch a early flight, but it was worth it. Shuttle arrived less than 5 minutes on the way there. Then when we landed the shuttle was clean and quick. The only down side was we had an early flight and the cleaning for the upstairs rooms started around 10pm above us. It was just an odd time to vacuum and clean. The driver for the shuttle was very nice. I honestly would use them again to take those quick trips.

Shuttle never showed up. Had to take a taxi to and from the airport. Front desk did not answer phone to provide transportation from the airport to motel/ car. Shuttle never came after waiting 45 minutes for trip to the airport. Never again.

my wife and I had to stay an extra day because our lugagge got lost at JFK WHICH WAS ok we requested extra linens that never showed up. The entrance would not lock when we left the room. the house phone had no dial tone, and for a non smoker there was a large burn hole in the bed spread cover

Dirty towels on the floor. Couldn’t find my reservation. Was given a key for an OCCUPIED room. Was then given a key which didn’t work. Drove home instead.

Not very good at all; the best thing about the place was the shuttle to and from the airport, which was quick and efficient. When we checked in there were several people milling around outside, walking around and talking on cell phones. The same was true when we woke up at 5:45 a.m. to catch our flight; whether they were guests of the Travelodge is uncertain. The room smelled of disinfectant; the bathroom door scraped on the floor and could be opened or closed only with extra effort. And, when I woke up in the morning, not one, but two, roaches were crawling on the nightstand beside my side of the bed. I have pictures that I'd post if there was a way to do that. Other than that, everything was fine.
