Very convenient and comfortable.

Great location; safe parking.

all went well, except was not given a direct phone # for the location, so when i called for pick up at airport on the 15th. i got corp operator. she could not connect me with the hotel directly, could only give me the number. after she gave me the # she tried to sell me some special deals!! not at all what i needed, and could have been avoided by desk staff giving me the direct # or and email or text from corp, when i checked in.

I cancelled staying at hotel due to a change with an unexpected loss of my son. The shuttle was good on the way there but I needed to get an Uber on the way back as I was passed by the shuttle on the return. I did not stay at hotel.

Shuttle never came to airport. After over 30 minutes of waiting another shuttle from another hotel picked us up and took us to Wyndham.

Our flight arrived at 10:05 p.m. I called the Microtel Inn at 10:25 from the #6 pole as instructed. I was to D it would be approximately 10 minutes. After 15 minutes I called the hotel again to report the shuttle never came. The desk clerk said it was on its way. After 30 minutes I called again and said we still had no shuttle. They said they would call the service again. After 15 more minutes (it is now 11:10 and we are very frustrated). We started asking other drivers if we could get a ride back to our hotel. One driver from another company finally agreed to give us a ride on their shuttle. Our shuttle NEVER came. When we finally got back to the hotel at 11:30 I told the desk clerk how upset we were snd the incident needed to be reported to the company. Very sad way to end a weekend vacation when you still have to drive an hour to get home. A very unpleasant experience. Am wondering how often this happens. I would never come back to this hotel due to the very poor quality of the shuttle service.

Hotel was good, but the ride kept us waiting too long in the morning. Almost couldn’t board our flight with our luggage. Make sure to get to the lobby early because it can be a bit of a wait.

Bathroom shower created water overflow on floor.

Easy to reserve online. A bit pricey, in that the parking fee was little different from what the airport would have charged.

This hotel is comfortable and clean, with helpful staff. Close to the airport and shuttle arrived quickly after arriving back at airport after midnight. Plenty of space for outside parking and no problem with leaving the car for two weeks.

The biggest concern that I have with the whole Park Sleep Fly is that once I returned from my trip I could not get a shuttle. I called the hotel 4 times and each time I was immediately put on hold. After 2min. 9sec. each time I was disconnected. I had been traveling for 10 hours that day and was ready to get to my vehicle and go home. I had to pay a cab $13 to take me .5 miles to your hotel. Once I arrived I went to the front desk and told the lady about getting disconnected after 2min 09sec each time and she said she knew that happened. She did not seem to care, nor was I offered a refund of my cab fare. Not impressed!!!

May have been nice once, but looking pretty dingy now.

Pleasant staff. Other hotels cut off shuttle service late at night. Not you.

GREAT NO ISSUES.

The hotel was nice, but the elevator was not working and they put us in a room on th 3rd floor. My husband has a heart condition so this was quite an inconvenience for him.

Perfect spot to stay if you have a flight from Jacksonville airport. Shuttle available 24/7 and quick service.
