We have used this location every year. The convenience of leaving your vehicle there is a big selling point. We also appreciate the shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms are always very comfortable.

Best hotel to stay close to airport for the price. It is clean and well kept. Only issue this trip was no wake up call as requested so wouldn’t count on them if you need to be up to catch a flight.

Love the convenience of the park, sleep, fly and having an on-site restaurant in the motel. Had to call twice before being picked up on the return trip--not sure why the shuttle was delayed. When we called after retrieving our luggage, the person answering said the shuttle was leaving. In spite of quiet hours being posted, people did not observe quiet hours as some were partying big time into the wee hours--not great when you have to get up at 4 for the early bird flight. We were on the top floor. Have used this facility in the past and will use again if we fly.

Hotel was a bit long in the tooth but well maintained, clean, comfortable and friendly competent staff. Exception airport shuttle service and drivers. Price included long term parking, so overall good value. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Both beds in our room had big sunken areas where bodies have slept. Very uncomfortable. With the price you pay. You would think the mattresses would be replaced when they get to that stage.

Wonderful facility! Staff was courteous and friendly. All our needs were met and exceeded. The weather was awful, so it was especially awesome to have the Boulevard Grill right on the premises--didn't even have to go outside. The food and service were excellent. Will definitely stay again!

I would use 4 Points park and sleep again!! The hotel and staff was fantastic, and the shuttle driver told us it would be 7 to 8 minutes for him to get to us when we called after 10 on Sunday night, and he was there at that time as we watched the time.

When we went to ourKing room the bed wasn’t made and there were towels on the bathroom floor. It hadn’t been cleaned. We went back down to the lobby and asked for another King room and the lady told us that she didn’t have any other king rooms she only had Queen rooms left. We took the Queen room because we needed a place to sleep. She apologized but that was it. She didn’t offer to give us a discount or anything. She offered us free breakfast but the breakfast area wasn’t open at 3:30 am when we needed to leave. Very disappointed in this hotel and staff. We will not be coming back! Will not recommend this hotel to anyone!
