The staff was great. They were very helpful and made sure we had a good stay at the hotel. The shuttle ran right on time. Luckily, we contacted the hotel the night before our arrival to find out the ParkSleepFly hadn't made any reservations for us. Both my son in law and I had made the reservations 6 months in advance. The hotel staff was very friendly and assured us we could get a room, even if ParkSleepFly didn't contact them. I emailed and tried using the chat on the ParkSleepFly website. I never received a reply! Finally, in desperation, I searched the web for a phone number to call. This should be on your website! After a couple of tries I talked to someone who apologized and then contacted Hilton Garden Inn. This made for a VERY stressful start to our vacation.

I wish you had a later pickup time. Our plane was delayed by several hours. We got to the airport several hours later than expected exhausted! We were frustrated that we were not able to get picked up.

The hotel is beautiful. We ate dinner in the dining room. Our sleep was peaceful. We parked our truck in front of the hotel as requested. We returned from vacation after two weeks. I called the hotel for pickup. I was told 20 minutes’ wait. I called two more times. We were finally picked up over an hour later after our plane landed. I will not stay at the Hilton again for this very reason. Recommendations: have a dedicated driver/van for airport transportation only. Thank you. Kats

Hotel was GREAT but shuttle service back at end of trip never happened! Could never connect to correct extension to ask for service. Finally got national # to connect but local hotel said they never received our call! We paid extra $40 for taxi to get our car in hotel lot! Nothing on any of their extensions states which is for Shuttle Service. Called 3 separate numbers trying to get shuttle. Expectations were that having our car in a safe place were met but ended with greater expense for total park sleep fly pkg. Think hotel phone setup is at fault!

The shuttle does not start until 5 which is a little late if the goal is sleeping there before an early morning flight. While I like Hilton, I won't make that mistake again. I was disappointed to need an Uber at 4:30 for my 6am flight.
