The Sleep Inn is a great, inexpensive hotel and their ParkSleepFly option is fantastic.

I will definitely stay here again.

Very quiet clean… Best nights sleep prior to a flight… Super comfortable bed!

Hotel building was tired, best way to put it! But clean. Sone confusion about the hotel reservation when I got there but they had a room available so all good!

the Sleep Inn is convenient tothwe airport--the shuttle to the airport runs on demand at any hour. Our driver was nice. It was really nice having the assorted teas available in the lobby.

Hotel was clean. Hotel staff friendly and effective. Breakfast was typical continental but well stocked.

I was pleasantly surprised after reading reviews that the hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel and shuttle service if needed in Albuquerque, NM

There was an airport shuttle problem but they worked around it very well. Staff is always great though I didn’t get the am wake up call. Fortunately there was an alarm clock. Note. I’ll use it again but the button below won’t let me move it from no to yes.

Front end stay and shuttle to airport were on target. However, we were not able to get the shuttle to return to the hotel. We eventually took a taxi to the hotel. They claimed the phone must have been out and paid for the taxi.

Called the hotel for a shuttle pickup on Sunday noon. No one picked up the phone and I tried 6 times before I called Uber and spent $10 to get back to get my car.

The service was great but to my disappointment, the lobby and other furniture in the hotel is in dire need of an upgrade. For example the lobby furniture was old and stained I did not want to sit on them while I was waiting for the front desk working with the customer. The lady working that night I returned saturday the 27th was awesome even though she was the only one working she had to leave the hotel to go pick up customers at the airport then handle the customers at the front desk. as well as some of the customers were having problems with their keys she handled the situation as well as mine. My other disappointment was that my room was not cleaned properly when I went to use the bathroom I saw that the toilet was not cleaned all the way, Then I went to get in bed there was hair allover the bed on the sheets and pillow cases, as well the counter below the t.v was dirty and not wiped down, that was when i decided to go and ask her for clean sheets and she gave me another room which was much better and cleaner. I love the idea of parking my car and staying at the hotel it works for me. So PLEASE update the furniture and the cleanliness of the place I will use it again as I tend to fly Southwest from Albuquerque every now and then. I wish I had that woman name so if you can follow up on that night and please complement her of a great job she did even give her a bonus for Christmas. Many thanks James Martin

I stayed two nights, one at the beginning and one at the end of my trip. The first time, I had to wait 15 minutes for the shuttle driver although the van was parked outside the door. On my return, the driver came promptly and that was fine. The hotel itself is pretty shabby, with badly scuffed furniture and cracked grout in bathrooms. Hair (not mine) on the bathroom floor. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The second time I stayed there was a sharp broken piece of metal extending about an inch and a half from the bed frame which I bumped into --fortunately, my jeans prevented a scratch. I reported this hazard to the front desk at check out but they didn't seem concerned, only asked if I had filed an incident report (why should I ??) and said a quick sorry. Someone else could get a deep scratch from this and I felt that more concern or promise to fix it would have been helpful. Breakfast was the bare minimum. The pool was closed "due to Covid", although every other hotel I have stayed in recently has theirs open so I had to wonder if that was the real reason. The parking service was fine, but with the other factors, I won't stay here again. I do appreciate Park Sleep Fly as a service and will continue to use it but not for this hotel.

Everything was clean, quiet, safe, and pleasant enough. The problem I had was that on my return I called the hotel 4 times from the airport and no one picked up. I had to use a taxi to go pick up my car. It was 11am. I think they are understaffed.

The parking situation was great. The hotel was a different story. All of the staff were amazing too. The hotel was our issue. The pillows on the bed were the size of a throw pillow and hard as a rock. The bathroom left a lot to be desired. The door to the bathroom may as well been not existent. No door handle, not very clean.

Great place to stay. Enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the possibility of leaving our car parked on the lot for the 3 weeks of our vacation for a small price. Thank you!
