Adequate but they had a broken coffee machine in the lobby and the restaurant was closed for renovations

From the friendliness of the staff to the cleanliness of the room, even with the renovation's, it was a great experience. Left my car there for ten days and had no problems, the shuttle was on time and the drivers were helpful.

The hotel halls looked old but the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff should let people know that the 200 and 300 rooms are on the first floor.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport. We parked the car the evening before our 6 am flight, and the shuttle picked us up in the morning with plenty of time to check in and get through security. When we returned 19 days later, the shuttle driver came right away and delivered us to our car, along with good advice about what route to take to get home.

This was my second trip to the Buffalo Airport Hotel. It will not be my last. The trip to the airport by shuttle was efficient and on time. The room was nice and the facility has just about completed renovations. We did not get to the restauraunt becasue we arrived too late and it was closed. We had a great meal our first trip and were disappointed when we found it closed.

Horrrible. Had a 5:30 am flight so we tried to sleep at 10:00 pm and a bus load of screaming teenagers arrived and were running up and down the halls until 1:30 am. We complained 3 times and the young staff were not equipped to deal with it. I will not use this hotel and offsite parking again.

Hotel was nice and staff was friendly. I received several text messages from the hotel which I thought were a bit much. The shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful.

The hotel was perfect for our needs to sleep for a few hours before a flight. The room was pretty soundproof. The hotel was nice. The room was dated but clean, perfectly fine for a few hours sleep. The staff we interacted with were nice and the parking lot was secured and gated. We will use them again if flying out of Buffalo.
