The Hotel was great, very large beautiful room. The staff was friendly. The only issue we had was we had to wait for the shuttle for nearly half an hour at the airport, and it was not a busy time of day, it was midnight.

This was our first Park Sleep Fly experience and everything was great. Our flight was at 10am and it was definitely worth staying the night before to not have to get up so early and drive to the airport.

I booked with Park, Sleep, Fly for work travel (one night before flying out of O'Hare and one night upon returning). The check-in process was nice and it was incredibly helpful to have a shuttle to the airport. I took one star away because we could not find where the shuttle was to go back to the hotel. Our flight landed after midnight so some of this may be error on our part, but at 1am, no one is in the mood to run all over the airport to try making the last shuttle.

Great hotel. Covered parking. Nice restaurant. No issues. The only thing was that no one answered the phone when I was calling about the return shuttle. Luckily they showed up within 5-10 minutes, but it was strange that no one would answer the hotel’s phone.

Easy peezie. More than I expected. The room was very comfortable. The gym , Hot tub and pool are bigger than most Hotels and the Front desk was very helpful on explaining my curiosities.

The hotel was an awful layout. Two very small rooms. Each uncomfortable. The shuttle was supposed to run every 30 minutes. Yet we waited closer to 50 minutes on our return. When we tried calling to see where the shuttle was, we got a busy single for a full hour due the the hotel phone system being down.
