The room was clean & comfortable however they advertise free shuttle from 6-11am but when it came time for us to request airport shuttle we were told not available till 9:30 we had to be at the airport so we paid for our own taxi

The clerk was very personable and helpful! He advised us how crazy drop-off is at the Austin airport and drove us to the airport with time to spare, making our airport check-in less hectic and stressful.

Basic, comfortable hotel. Fine for a night before an early morning flight. Had to load my on bags when heading to the airport. Upon return the wait for shuttle was longer than I expected- about 30 minutes.

The hotel offered a shuttle drop off but not a pick from the airport. We got in at 5:00 a.m but they did not offer a pick up until noon. Very inconvenient.

Arrived early but was allowed to check in. Had an early flight so wanted to be on the 0400 shuttle. Went to the front desk about 0345, was taken immediately to the airport. Great considering it was Christmas rush and the lines were fairly long. Return flight was late out of SFO, therefore a late arrival at AUS. Called for a pick up at 2315, the driver was there within ten minutes! Great service.
