Dated, many repairs needed. BUT they will be remodeling soon. No breakfast. No warning ahead of time. Would have appreciated being aware of that. I would have chosen otherwise.

Unfortunately the hotel was going through major renovations that were quite extensive! We were able to get one of the newer, remodeled rooms which was very nice

Hotel was under renovation and only had one employee running the registration desk. She was very busy and doing the best she could with the chaos around her. My room was clean and tidy

The motel was under construction and asking around it has been for over two years. You advertise free breakfast with pictures of a finished hotel. My room had issues the drawer wouldn't stay closed, you could tell things had been ripped out of the wall, I expected a secured lot to park my vehicle, and I expected the get a free continental breakfast before I flew out.

I would have liked the room to be cleaner than what it was. They advertised that there was breakfast and a workout room but they didn’t have either. Front lobby and hotel was under renovations and we were not told about it. The elevator was not working when we got there and when we came back over a month later it still wasn’t working.

This Quality Inn is our place to park and fly but we were disappointed that the lobby was being updated. Their usual free breakfast was not available. It’s obviously the rooms need to be updated too. We waited for about 40 minutes outside for our ride back to the hotel.

I know you are remodeling but one room the tv didn't work and the window shade was sitting in the corner of the room, the second room we had to get someone to fix that tv and the window shade was also setting in the corner of the room.

The hotel room was adequate for what we needed (sleep), clean and quiet. The staff was handling reservations in the midst of lobby renovations, so I think they did great. Very pleasant and helpful. The morning shuttle was prompt and the wait time upon our return wasn't bad. I also left my side interior light on so our battery was dead when we got back. The gal was SO helpful - they have a portable battery which did the trick. We willl stay there again.
