Hotel and staff were always helpful, the breakfast was as per normal bill of fare. The only glitch in the operation is they do not have their own shuttle service and rely on using someone else. There is no direct contact with the drivers, so there can be some confusion.

Pleasant staff and shuttle service. Comfortable bed and clean room. Walls of the rooms were thin. Noise from other rooms and hallway are problematic. Left vehicle for 10 days with no issues.

Overall Everything was good. Walls were thin as I heard other customers staying above me. I left my vehicle behind hotel as instructed. There was a few steps to climb and no wheelchair accessibility. Customers must carry luggage up the stairs to enter building.

It was a very comfortable, clean and safe place for the night before our flight. We parked our car there for 6 nights 7 days. On our return everything was great. It's only about 5 minutes to the airport, shuttle was on time at 4:30am pick up. And when we returned we only waited about 15-20 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up and take us back to the hotel were our car was. All and all it was a great experience! The only down was it is an older hotel and you can see that clearly, but it was clean, friendly and very hospitable! Thank you La Quinta!

Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly! Unfortunately the shuttle service was no use to us due to the timing of our flights and the shuttle only running 4:30am-11:00pm. I wish I had seen the shuttle times prior to booking.

Had an early flight to Nashville and live 140 miles away so I used this service to book a hotel to spend the night and that would also allow me to leave my car in their property while I was gone. Everything was perfect and it's a LOT cheaper this way because you don't have to pay airport parking. Love this service and will be using it every time I fly from Nashville!

The overall experience was good. When we were returning the gal that answered the first call for shuttle service was rude however the second woman that answered was very pleasant.
