Hotel staff was friendly & checking was quick. Shuttle runs every hour 530, 630, etc. Upon return, shuttle drops passengers off 1st, then picks up arrivals. Knowing this helps you to estimate wait time. We waited about 30min & were at pick up area at 5:50am.

The hotel was reasonable and comfortable. The staff was accommodating, certainly doesn't hurt to speak Spanish. You don't necessarily need to, I have used it very often in order to communicate easily. I returned home after 2 weeks and nobody touched my car.

Clean, convenient and friendly. Breakfast was nice. Only complains walls are very thin. It felt a little uncomfortable eavesdropping on the room next to me. Kept TV on to cover up their conversation.

The hotel was great. Staff was kind and helpful. Airport shuttle was timely and clean. The rooms were clean and ready upon check in. Our car was safe and secure the whole time we were away.
